(usually choose dark of the pattern) And then use negative effect.(to keep the pattern) Add a layer with a gradient tool for half body transparent.
Holden - DOAHDM Posted March 5, 2017 Author Posted March 5, 2017 If you guys really want to make good looking transparency you should try manually brushing transparency onto the diffuse instead of making the whole thing an equal amount of transparent and or gradient. Just use a soft brush and add transparency to the areas where flesh would be pressing against the cloth and leave the areas where the clothing is loose, like the armpits or something. It really does not take much more effort and I promise you that it is not very difficult to put a little love and care into it.Â

The advice is also appreciated (and you as well, Holden). I've made a few transparency mods before and they either come out halfway decent or really bad. I just suck at using photoshop on textures in general. Â Â
