In theory it is possible; depending on what skin is beneath the clothing sections of those meshes, how they were rigged in the first place, and someone willing to do the work in Blender/3DMax to handle scaling/partitions,/vertext weighting/decapitaion/everything else IF the original conversion isn't a wreck to begin with.

 

In other words, you're asking for a lot.
