Niobia Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 I was wondering if the tutorial for creating an NPC using the racemenu presets were still valid when using CITRUS head or if extra steps needed to be taken. I've tried a few times, but the face never seems to appear on the NPC. However, over at least a year ago when I tried it (before I had citrus) it worked just fine.  I think the problem comes during the merging. The tutorial, as far as I know doesn't indicate anything about what to do if you use the citrus headmesh.   This is th only tutorial I could find: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Using_a_face_made_with_Chargen_Extension_on_an_NPC_for_Skyrim
TheDude2014 Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 I have seen citrus head made followers and see no dif between why a citrus head woudnt work same way as exporting any other char gen face. I aint a char gen genius so take this with grain of salt but u may have, exported face gen wrong or didnt apply properly, so i recommend trying what this LL user recommends http://www.loverslab.com/topic/7131-generating-pre-edited-character-faces-for-use-in-the-ck/. Hope this helps and sorry for not being of much more use, I do not have much knowledge about creating followers atm but intend to fix that when i have time to spare, as always GL HF.
Expired6978 Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 Expressions won't work with only the head mesh. You will need to create a Citrus Head Part entry for your NPC and map to the Citrus base TRI file in order to get expressions.
