iggypop1 Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 I have this strange problem it seems to me that my character have giant hands. I tried to correct them in RaceMenu but they constantly pops back and there is a little wrist gap Tried to shift hands in BodySlide to no avail Is it a skeleton problem...? Im using 7B Bombshell Found in my meshes folder 2 sets of nif's . The one set is called "hand" the other set is called "hands" + i got and extra set body nif's "femalebodyastrid" what......! How did it go there and witch mod have placed it there? Disturbing I have removed the extra nifs to no change Any Ideas? Thanks

wulfgear09 Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I use RM and have been getting the huge hand bug. i set my hands around 83 and after a battle i might have huge hands that the race menu only says is 99. but the hands look like they belong on a troll. I have been testing a theory on the dragonborn spells being the culprit seems it happens to me after using the ash conjuration but have not been able to recreate the effect outside combat .

When i move the sliders in racemenu .( i had the hands on 0.94) to 0.95 they get small but when i change cell they get gigantic again. So what is it? a skeleton thing?

Groovtama Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Some mod of your that is using netimmerse is editing your hand size. Netimmerse is volatile and losses data all the time which makes it needed to reapply it all the time.
iggypop1 Posted March 24, 2015 Author Posted March 24, 2015 I switched skeleton to 2.50 ....still the same......hm and it s only my character.....(i think) About net immerse: If set her hands to default 1 (nice hands) or do not touch handsliders at all, under creation of character in RM the problem is still there from the start... so its resetting to some hand size i have not control over........... HM .....what mod can that be,..........(thinking)........??????
Groovtama Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Latest racemenu and my stuff all use nioverride if it would have to do with my skeleton or racemenu or racemenuplugin or racemenupluginxpmse or properweaponscale, you would have the big hand scale when you move the hand slider in RaceMenu that it changes to smaller hands in racemenu when you change something and it updates means that anything uses nioverride is fine. When something chanes on cell change, on load or on update and it totally ignores nioverride edits of other mods it is a sign that a mod using netimmerse or any simple scale functions do it like ece or sos do (not blame them sos is specific on the schlong and ece is not used just a example) Easiest way to find it is using a text searcher and search for "setscale" pexes saving function calls in clear text. You just need to look what mod is using that call. Then search a second time for "netimmerse" and look what has both. Then you just need to get or decompile to the psc and look for "NPC L Hand". Btw you are not using that old XPMS racemenu plugin from nexus?

winny257 Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Oh man. now one can it first properly seen, these hands are gigantic. in this case I can not help you. it is because I have not so many slide control, I use only Vanilla slide control, everything else is just too much.

Guest Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Thanks. Uninstalling the Racemenu plugin fixed my issue with having large hands ( huge hands ) after messing with the scaling.
