So, after I installed a bunch of Lovers mods I started a new game and decided to test them out, especially all the spells and spell like commands I received.
One of the first I tried was Instill Lust.

It didn't really work on the sheep and dogs I summoned so I sought out other test sub, er, volunteers.
For volunteers to test it upon, I chose a pair of bandits that camp out in the old ruin across from the sewer entrance we exit from after the tutorial intro is complete.

First, I was charged by a female khajiit.
I instill lusted her.
Immediately she disrobed and started to masturbate.
All right, good start.
I approached and she moved a little. Kept masturbating.
I tried to talk. No talk. I tried to cast other 'sex spells'. No effect.
After about 30 or more seconds, she started moving around more and then dashed off into the lake where she sank to the bottom, continued to masturbate, orgasimed, then drowned.

Ok, so, maybe it was a woman on woman thing.

I sought out the other bandit. A male.
I cast Instill Lust upon him.
Immediately he stripped and started jerking off.

Again, another good start.
Still, no communication, no other effects other than watching him masturbate.
Then, he, too, rushed off into the lake where he sank to the bottom, masturbated into orgasim, then drowned.

On a character note, I don't care what Delphine Jend boasts about her 'Enemies Explode', this is the best kill-enemies spell around...  assuming we're close to water.


But, seriously, does anyone know how it is supposed to be properly used and to what end, 'cause I'm guessing Hydrophilia-cide isn't it?

There is no problem that is what that spell does it causes whoever is hit by it to start to masturbate.

A character in an act is tagged as "unconscious". The same is true for your PC.

That means you can't converse with them until they're done.

 

They shouldn't move until they are done, though. Definitely not into water.

Is it possible it's only supposed to be used on non-hostile NPCs? I haven't tried it on anyone in the city so far as I didn't want to break anything.

I did try it on an attacking wolf recently. The wolf continued to move past me, bunting into rocks and snarling at the. Eventually, it came back after me, probably when the spell wore off.

Both of those npcs were in the act of charging for closing combat distance. I could throw out a rough guess that because an ai command was executed for them to 'move' perhaps it continued with a loss of target?

I guess I'll have to test it on friendly people.

Of course, after I do this to them, thay may not be so friendly.

Use that spell any time you don't want an npc to catch you. Then just fast travel away and be rid of them until they find you later of course. Works great with lovers stalker M if you just don't want to be stalked or don't want old lady bums stalking you eeewwww!

 

I noticed that any npc struck by this spell kind of flies all over the place and doesn't stand still but when the spell wears off they fall down flat and then get up and go back to what they were doing.
