Hi, is it still possible to get an one of the older versions of this mod? I was looking for 2.5a as that one seemed to work well with my game and I liked its features. I haven't had much luck with the later versions and I deleted the old one by mistake.

 

Also, do any of the most recent versions fix the issue that some of the other builds had with random townies spawning continuously?

This version should fix most of the previous issues you may have found however it has lots of new features that may cause their own issues.  As Oniki stated it is not the version She wished to release as that is not ready yet but needed to put an updated version on LL as it has been too long since the previous one.  One of the things that I think needs to be understood is that as bugs get fixed new things are added to the next version of the mod at the same time and these then may and do often cause problems of their own.  Even on patreon we do not get just a bug fix of versions all new versions come with new stuff.  (There are exceptions to this but very few of them).  This is why it is clearly stated that this is a work in progress and far from a finished project.  In order for Oniki to produce a complete bug fixed version of the mod all future development of it needs to stop until it has been done and this is not the way she seems to work.

Thanks for your response. I'm cool with the fact that this mod is a WIP. I just found I preferred the older version and my game seemed to run better with that one. I'm not sure if it was to do with mod conflicts or what. I still do appreciate all of the work that goes into this mod. Was just curious as to whether or not it's possible to get one of the old versions anymore.

 

If not, i may try the most current version. I think that the issue with the townies seemed to be what caused a lot of problems in my old saves. Thanks again.

The excessive townies seem to be fixed/taken care of. This should run smoother than 2.5 since she's been working on and making improvements on the mod to help with lag and extra resources that it uses. Mine doesn't seem to lag as bad as versions before 3.0 did. Using a small world works best when you have large mods. Keeping your population down and not doing towns with a couple hundred or more helps also.

Make sure in KW settings that jealousy is not set to none.  Also I found that I got better results from this version by re-doing my sims 3 game folder, and just saving my library, saved sims, and save game folders.

I got  even better ones from starting a new game.

I was making them as community brothel for "Brothel Management" feature of KW v0.36.

There are a few known issues with this latest build that Oniki is aware of and as always is working to iron out I will list them for you and just ask that you live with them for now until  the next release.  This version has been rushed out for public release and is not tested to the extent that Oniki Kay would of wanted it to be. 

 

1.sims may or may not forget their attractiveness score and you may have to re-enroll in call girl services upon re-load depending on how your sim was imported into your town. Redoing your sims 3 games folder can solve this.

 

2. Animal penises may not retract after woohoo and generate a script error.(make sure to delete obsolete packages ONIKI_adPenis.package and ONIKI_ahPenis.package as these are now obsolete). this in itself will not solve the issue sadly but going into kw settings and changing the setting from only for woohoo to never should do. 

 

3, There may be a problem with clients vanishing on Escort situation when it comes to receiving payment this only seems to affect the escort situations and not the call girl ones. As of yet cause of problem has not been identified and is being looked into.

 

4.woohoo whilst sleeping the sims may just stand up in bed for the first stage of it and then go to the penetration stage afterwards, again this is being looked into.

 

5, There is a new animation for join in shower that is very sluggish, as it stands it seems to have a routing issue which again is being worked on.

 

6, willpowerless drug is not working as expected, should be fixed in next build posted.

 

7, Sims do not always get dressed after woohoo if they are wearing a KW uniform.

 

8, There is a possible problem with Brothels on Residential lots (under investigation)  For the time being you are probably better having brothels on commercial lots which seem  to be unaffected. 

 

There are bound to be a few other problems if you would like to pass them on to me I will make sure that Oniki is made aware of them if they have not already been found in patreon. I will also try and keep this post updated as things are found.

 

In order to try and provide more support for the mod I have offered my services to act as an ambassador,  This will give Oniki more time to do the coding and problem solving still needed not to mention the additions and further development she still intends to do.  Provided I am approached in the right manner I will bend over backwards to try and help or get the help for you.  Also it is hoped that more versions of this great mod can be posted here more often in the future but this will only be versions that Oniki considers ready and there may be large gaps in between some of them depending on the problems she encounters in the coding.  Afterall none of us want a gamebreaker or a sim destroyer to be release in order just to try and keep everyone happy which in itself is an impossible task.  I do not think for one min that I know it all and do not have all the answers that some of you need and will not be able to provide the results that some of you want but I will deal with the task I have undertaken to the best of my abilities.

They can get food from the barman if you have a professional bar on the lot as if it is commercial a barman should be assigned to it automatically in this case the barman should clean up.   you can add them by all means but they are not necessary for the brothel to run.  Also I believe that the sims game itself will stop you from putting certain items on a commercial lot like a dishwasher for example.

At the end of the day experimentation is good and go for it,  just be aware that some of what you do can cause a negative affect and things may not work as intended.  I tend to play with it until I find its limits and break it.  Trust me I broke it several times but it can be good to push the limits if nothing else other than to find out what the limit is.  Main thing is to have fun with it.

Ok so just read your post on helping pass on to oniki. If you could here is what I've noticed so far that was not on your list of known issues:

 

1: no fight interaction when sim is caught raping. At first I thought it was removed for rapists but then my basic romantic sim didn't have it either.

 

2: the jealousy issue I posted above that you gave suggestions for haven't fully tested it with a sim that isn't a rapist or any other kinky traits yet.

 

3: on the subject of sex with a sleeping SIM. I haven't seen the issue you posted but there are a few others I saw. The sleeping sim didnt get the raped moodlets and instead thought the sex was great. It also wasn't logged into her skill book. Cum was deposited so that worked fine. The sim raping had Zs the whole time.

 

4: sim ordering a sim to woohoo with another doesn't work. The sim ordering it gets reset

 

So far that's all I've seen. Will let you know if I see others.

 

Other than that let her know for me it's working great and I love that she added the set and save outfits. Saving me a ton of time putting my sims outfits together. Give her a big thanks for me.

Occasionally between different versions of KW the game folder D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 can become corrupted or something within it.  most of this folder is automatically generated by the sims game itself,  so the idea is to delete the old folder and let the sims generate a new one.  Obviously before you do this save your library, mods folder, saved sims, saves etc.  Sadly this means reinstalling sims3pack files and then placing back in the folders you saved from the previous one.   I can offer no explanation as to why this makes a difference but in several cases it has helped me,  This does not only apply to KW the game folder can become corrupted just from the sims game on its own.  I take it that you did delete the 4 auto generated cache files also from the sims folder after you installed the new version of KW.  CASPartCache, compositorCache, scriptCache and simCompositorCache.  I also delete socialcache as well.  if you did not delete these files before you started your game do it before you go to the enormous hassle of deleting the whole games folder.

Playing a household with a teen for the first time, and the day arrived when the son had a field trip. I see that on the bottom of the screen where it normal says "Learning" or "Skipping School" now says "Field Trip"! but am I supposed to direct him to the lot, (I think it was to the movie theater) or no? I'm only worried about his school performance as when i started playing as that family, the son had "F" grades and I just managed to get it up to D.

all of the above are very new and some are not fully implemented as of yet,  The imprinted on by a werewolf I have never seen before which is why I did not offer comment on it earlier,  I was kinda hoping someone else was aware of it.

 

domination/submission is very new and only currently to my knowledge relates to ordering sims to do things like remove top or show pussy/cock. There are plans for much more but it is in early stages, it also is a part of the new Commanding presence trait again in early development.

 

Corruption is a bit more implemented into the system it is a hidden skill which forms part of the whoring / Brothel ownership and drug selling side of the mod as the skill builds getting whores to work for you or selling drugs will become easier.  I believe in the future there will be a book available for sims to read to help build the skill quicker.  but being a general bad ass will also build the skill.  i.e. raping, whoring and so on.  Drug dealing or shady deals is hard at the moment and relies to a certain extent on the corruption skill.  I hope this helps.  I will attempt to go further into the drug dealing side of the mod in another post with a few idea's on how to make it easier.

whilst we are on the subject of schools a few tips:

 

try to keep the number of kids at the school to 8 or under.  this is because the school takes up a lot of resources.  You may well notice lag in your game at the start of the school day, lunch break and hometime.  if you have more than 8 kids this will get progressively worse.  For this reason I do not recommend having a brothel open for business during school hours as the brothel can be intensive of resources as well.

 

If you want your school to become kinkier quicker give the teachers higher skills in corruption, woohoo and exhibition.  you can do this with NRaas MC.  The exhibition skill has certain requirements for it to build so it can not be cheated up past lvl 1 with MC.  you can increase it with KW debug skills and traits using the exhibitionist option.  This will give them level 10 skill,  If you then want to drop the skill level back down again to a reasonable level you can do it with MC cheats and make it let's say lvl 3.  Unless you change the KW settings for the school the teachers can not teach a subject until they are lvl 3 in the skill.  They can not teach corruption at the moment as far as I know.

Tartacus is supposed to be the opposite of spartacus.  As in I'm a lover not a fighter and a bit of a TART.  That was the general idea behind it.

Occasionally between different versions of KW the game folder D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 can become corrupted or something within it. most of this folder is automatically generated by the sims game itself, so the idea is to delete the old folder and let the sims generate a new one. Obviously before you do this save your library, mods folder, saved sims, saves etc. Sadly this means reinstalling sims3pack files and then placing back in the folders you saved from the previous one. I can offer no explanation as to why this makes a difference but in several cases it has helped me, This does not only apply to KW the game folder can become corrupted just from the sims game on its own. I take it that you did delete the 4 auto generated cache files also from the sims folder after you installed the new version of KW. CASPartCache, compositorCache, scriptCache and simCompositorCache. I also delete socialcache as well. if you did not delete these files before you started your game do it before you go to the enormous hassle of deleting the whole games folder.

 

 

 

 

Thank you, yes I delete those files. I see what you mean on redoing the folder. I have done it several times. I didn't realize that was what you ment. When I get a chance will give it a try

Tartacus is supposed to be the opposite of spartacus.  As in I'm a lover not a fighter and a bit of a TART.  That was the general idea behind it.  

 

 

Thanks for responding regarding the field trip. I'm still on the public version but that's good to know regarding the corruption. I'm also playing in a small/medium sized custom world with only (at the moment) 2 toddlers, 2 children, and one teen, so it'll be some time before I run into performance issues with the schools.
