Having a problem with animations not playing. I'll trigger a woohoo between two sims, they'll agree, move into position, strip, and then immediately the action is canceled. This is the same situation no matter where I chose to do it at or what type of animation I choose. Rape still works fine, so it's not like the animations aren't working, they just aren't triggering. I don't have any of the conflicting mods (Overwatch, woohooer, etc.) as far as I know. I've tried reinstalling the mod multiple times and still nothing, anybody got a fix?

 Do you have galgat's animations as one of your animation sets? I had this exact problem after I added them, and it went away after I removed them. It was the only change I made.

This may be a dumb question, but im going through my mods folder to try and clean it up, and I was wondering if I still need a no mosaic mod or if kinky world takes care of that? I haven't gone through this folder in forever and was just curious.

Does No Mosaic even work with 1.67? I was going to get it and see if switching it for Nraas' Decensor helped, but the most recent update it had to download was for 1.63

No Mosaic 1.63 is working fine with 1.67, no glitches or anything.

You need to post a kinky selfie to the forums first to open up your modeling career path. After posting the selfie check back later to see if you got a response. I'm not sure exactly what determines when you get a response back ( Whoring level, WooHoo skill, Exhibition maybe a combination of all 3) but when you do get a response it will offer you a job posting nudes for money then once you make enough money selling pictures (the amount you need will be in the career tab) you reach level 2 in modeling and thats when you can become a cam whore.

Nope, I don't have galgat's animations. No clue how to fix this, might just have to do a complete reinstall.

Oniki! I have to signal a glitch (well, tuning issue maybe) and have a request:

 

- could you make it so that vampiric escorts would get plasma fruit-based food at the restaurant? They starve otherwise!

 

- I most often play doctor sims: once we get to the brothel manages, would it be possible for them to handle unwanted pregnancies?

I can't remember if Windows File Explorer 'sees' a 7z type file or not, but you can always get WinRAR, which does, at http://www.win-rar.com for free. Then just unzip it into your #:\Users\####\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. It's recommended that you put into it's own sub-folder for when you do updates to the mod. It's easier to remove the old mod that way.

 

Don't forget to clear your cache files after installing the mod and it's recommended that you start a new game rather than try to play an old one.

 

 

On a more official note, Oniki, I've been running into a slight glitch with the mod. Whenever my sims get the "GoodDream", the program drops out of high speed and back to running at normal time. Not a major issue, but I thought you would like to know. No errors are being reported when this happens so I don't have anything or any way to report it other than just letting you know it's happening with the latest public version of the mod. Otherwise, I'm thoroughly enjoying the mod. Keep up the good work!

I don't know if this is an issue or not, but when my sim sleeps and has a "GoodDream" Is it supposed to tell me something instead of "BedSleep: Woohoo_GoodDream"? or is that it? It doesn't seem like this is what it's supposed to do, but trying to search for this results in nothing so i figured i'd ask an active board. Thank you for your responses and time.

It's happening in every house, pre-built homes as well as newly built; they also never woohoo on any object unless I select it, and then it's only one stage. But when they autonomously choose to woohoo they only will on the floor, And the few times they stay in the house, they go to the corner of a room, often they end up partially in another piece of furniture. Could it be I have my settings wrong?

 

 

I'd have to guess so. What mods do you have installed? Is everything in synch with the latest versions? Sometimes older and newer versions of mods can have weird side-effects.

 

Clipping furniture during an animation is fairly normal though, even in the base game.

With the exception of the fortune teller mod, all are current, which is why I'm not using it because I was unsure if it would glitch with KW.

 

 

Nraas Master Controller and Decensor are definitely fine; I've always run with those without problem. NRaas Story Progression is known to slow performance when running with KW because they're both resource hogs, but otherwise should be okay.  And that was more of an issue with older versions of KW I believe. 

 

Otherwise... not much you can try except taking out mods and puttting them back to try to isolate the problem. CC objects are probably not the cause, but you never can tell...

 

Since it seems to be building related, I'd probably start with Apartment Controller and Home Opener. Go Here might also be the culprit, since whatever it does to routing MIGHT be conflicting with whatever KW does with WooHoo routing.

Thank you for all the help, considering I'm as tech savvy as a 17th century monk, I think I'll just leave it alone. I don't want to risk screwing something up by trying to fix it. Since no one else seems to have this issue, it's probably something I did to begin with. It's really not that big of a deal; I'll just need to keep a closer eye on any vamp sims I play, don't want anyone bursting into flames while woohooing.

You are definitely not alone I had the same problem  , but I started a new game and they started using objects.   I don't know I just chalked it up to my game being a pain in the ass again.  I hope your vamps don't overheat and good luck.

Also, when I check the career level change using Master Controller, the title of level 3 after Selfie Model, Webcam Model are missing.

Make sure you put both files (KW_etc.package and the OKW_etc.package) in the package folder (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages).

 

Register the animations packs exactly like the file name until the ".packge", for example i have this pack:

KW_Amra72_Animations.package and OKW_Amra72_Animations.package

so i register like this:

KW_Amra72_Animations

 

Also you can try changing the capital and see if it works.

Hey I downloaded this mod two days ago and was super excited to use it and I started using it and most everything worked. Except for many animations they would accept it, then the action would go away and they wouldn't do it. I just ignored it and did some different ones that worked. Well today I tried doing those actions that did work and they didn't work anymore either. So I reset the settings, uninstalled everything associated with that mod and reinstalled the mod. Yet the settings were the same and when the sims accepted the animations didn't start they just cancelled again. I'm really confused on this I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

The career is not finished.

At present there are only the 3 levels I believe.

And yes it`s still being worked on along with other stuff.

whoring feature to work properly. I already figured out, it's only working when my sim is alone in a spot with only one other

sim, as soon as there's more than one sim even far off, I always get a message that I should better find "a more private

place". Now my problem is, sims always seem to come in groups ... when I'm very lucky with my timing I might be able

to find someone alone in front of the diner at 3am or so ... but most of the time it's just frustrating.  I literally spent hours

(or sim-days) trying to get "customers" in the park, the beach, and many other locations at many different hours. I just

can't seem to figure it out. Maybe it's the my settings, I set privacy to "exhibition" to get rid of the "somebody might see

us" problem, or maybe Sunset Valley is not a good world for that feature?

When the client accepts the price, he randomly selects a place in the current terrain where to woohoo, and then checks if there is privacy there. So if your send your sim to work in a place to is either very big, or has a lot of separate rooms, the chances to find a "private place"(somewhere not currently in the line of sight of a sim, it seems) are higher.

You could build a special place to whore in. A few rooms with beds, showers, toilets, coffee tables, etc, in individual rooms, for instance. Then make the place a "brothel" (Using the Kinky/place menu of the place) and it should make your life easier.

I haven't tested enough to tell what settings could help you more, but my whoring sim had no problem once I built her a small brothel - nor later when she began whoring at the gymnasium after reaching a higher reputation.

 

Edit : also, it helps if potential clients are made horny. In my brothel, another of my sims spent her days naked on a bondage frame in the main room - it had wonderful results on the whore's income
