Phoenix1au Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 View File This is my first ever mod. I made it while trying to learn how to edit other mods for my use. Meet the Pureheart's 2 females and 1 male follower's (triplets) and there mother (non follower) found in Riverwood. Back story: These 3 are the result of the marriage of there mother to the pitiful father Lemkil who when the triplets was born found it odd they was small for babies.Lemkil wondered often why these runts was so small and on more the one occasion accused there mother of sleeping around with who knows what or who to have produce the runts that he claimed wasn't his offspring. By the time they was 3 years old they was still the size of 1 years old's so Lemkil decided to be rid of them once and for all he beat his wife senseless in a drunken rage then took the 3 children to a wolves den hoping that the wolves would kill them thus taking any blame being pointed at him for their deaths outside of the den was two dead bandits and signs of death inside the opening of the cave ... The children's mother came to and secretly followed her now hated husband to see what he was going to do...of cause she saw his intent after witnessing him tipping the blood of some animal on the children she stepped out confronting him on what he was doing yelling and screaming for him to stopped in fright he drew his dagger and stabbed her he left leaving them to there doom. After what seems like hours to Gertrude 2 people stepped out of the cave seeing her and the 3 children they tended to her wounds as they explained they was companions here to rid the area of a rogue werewolf when she was well enough to travel they carried the children and helped her to Whiterun stables further more giving her some coinage to make it out of Skyrim. Gertrude thanked them for there kindness and for saving her and her beloved children and fled Skyrim vowing to never return. While exiled Gertrude learned that Lemkil had fathered 2 more children to another woman; Britte and Sissel are there names and both girl's don't know they have 2 sister's and a brother nor do they know about what there father had tried to do to them and her. 21 years have passed and they have returned from exile in another part of the empire. there's more I'ld like for the Pureheart but i don't know a thing about scripting or house building (asyet)(sorry I have no screenshots as my video card wont allow screen captures from Skyrim for some reason) V1.1 update: Have added items to Gertrude and changed her look somewhat also gave Soni,Tessa and Sally an added item. V1.1 fixed: Have added a voice file to Gertrude and moved her from behind the mill she should now show up V1.2 update: Changed the relationship status of Soni,Tessa and Sally toward Lemkil from foe to rival to prevent any unwanted bounty due to them coming into close range of each other and a fight happening. Left Gertrude as enemy to Lemkil V1.3: Changed Soni's and Sally's voices.Added crimefactionwhiterun to all 4.Soni,Tessa and Sally now able to be married.Added with all 4 relationship stance with Britte and Sissel now the girl's know Soni,Tessa and Sally and that they are there brother and sister's Gertrude they know of her but don't see her as a step mother.Repaired Tessa she was missing the unique flag in the traits tab. V1.3A Added two new NPC's both children. Soni at some stage had got married and they was the outcome of it...but due to his wife's death he's left to look after them (with his mother and sister's help ofcause). The kid's can be found outside on the top deck of the riverwood trader. ADDED: screenshot of current house state alot to do including nav meshing (never made a house before so I hope it looks ok) Big Thankyou to Sid for supplying some screenshots Submitter Phoenix1au Submitted 02/12/2015 Category Companions Requires ApachiiHair Special Edition Compatible

Phoenix1au Posted February 13, 2015 Author Posted February 13, 2015 sorry my vid card wont allow any screenshots taken in skyrim it does all the other games i play but not skyrim thankyou Sid for doing some...
Niobia Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 sorry my vid card wont allow any screenshots taken in skyrim it does all the other games i play but not skyrim thankyou Sid for doing some... That doesn't make any sense. If you're using a legit copy of skyrim, you should be about to press either F12 or PrtScr
Phoenix1au Posted February 13, 2015 Author Posted February 13, 2015 i bought the new vid card just for skyrim I think it's due to im only running the driver's not the full dashboard for my 2gig GDDR5 GEFORCE GXT 750 the dashboard and SKSE loader conflict. the loss of screenshots hasn't bothered me as it don't stop gaming quality.
quasimodo75 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 About your mod: Looks very promising, I wil have a good and thorough try today. However, your text that comes with it is difficult to read. Use more paragraphs and shorter sentences. Maybe a native english speaker (which I am not) could read it and suggest some different sentence structures. On taking a screenshot: http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Take-Screenshots-in-Skyrim
GECK.O Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 @Pheonix1au Use ENB or SweetFX to take screenshot. Sometimes, standard VGA driver or certain game can't take screenshot.
Phoenix1au Posted February 14, 2015 Author Posted February 14, 2015 Don't use ENB never have pass me a link for SweetFX. As for the back story text I'll edit it when I do the next update in the next day or two. Been working on the house (hard job when you have never made one before) just got to work out best location for it I was thinking the S bends between Riverwood and Honningbrew Meadery what do people think?...
woody1213 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 sorry my vid card wont allow any screenshots taken in skyrim it does all the other games i play but not skyrim thankyou Sid for doing some... I take it you've made sure that your skyrim.ini has the following: bAllowScreenshot=1 if it says =0 it wil not allow you to take screenshots.
Phoenix1au Posted February 15, 2015 Author Posted February 15, 2015 yes bAllowScreenshot=1 is there. Early this morning I reinstalled the drivers (drivers plus Nvidia dashboard) still no screenshots from the game. I used to be able to take them when I was using my old 1gig video card using a even older CRT monitor but now Im using the new card and HD monitor (linked to the card via a HDMI cable) it just wont take screenshots. The old card is long gone tossed it out it was overdue for replacement as all it was able to run Skyrim at was low detail near it's end.
Phoenix1au Posted February 15, 2015 Author Posted February 15, 2015 Have changed the back story text to make it more understandable (i hope) it helps. also added a newer version to prevent Lemkil and the triplet's attacking each other.
quasimodo75 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Yes, the story is easier to read now. Thank you! About the followers: I like them. They are no simple pretty puppets, but they got a personal touch that makes them more likeable. About their size: Who says everybody has to be same height to be a good companion / fighter / lover. They would deserve a good voice acting and a good story to give them more depth, but this is a labour intensive thing to do. Definitely a fine PI to make Skyrim come more alive. Cheers, Quaz
Phoenix1au Posted February 17, 2015 Author Posted February 17, 2015 Your welcome Quaz. As you may of guessed the triplets suffer from a form of Dwarfism at height .80 it makes them the smallest adults in the game. As for custom voicing that's a good idea not even considered it before as it's outside my ability to do myself. I'm open to anyone wanting to add custom voices just contact me. Best you all know though I am not always online only on prepaid internet so when the credit runs out I'm offline till I recharged it. Being a father of three my kids are more important then being online so only recharge the net once a month. There is one thing i will ask for help on and that's a quest for them I have an idea for it but don't know how to do the quest side of modding maybe someone will help otherwise they wont have a quest involved with them just be standard follower's. Update on the house it's coming along slowly the bedroom area is almost finished. Still got upstairs to do then will focus on the outside (including placing it in the world) then do the nav meshing (of cause learn how to do nav meshing first).
quasimodo75 Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 Glad you liked my feedback. Just one question: What is so adult about them? O.K., those are grown up companions, but nothing that should be forbidden for minors.
Phoenix1au Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Glad you liked my feedback. Just one question: What is so adult about them? O.K., those are grown up companions, but nothing that should be forbidden for minors. Just pointing out that they are adults in case someone thinks .80 is to small for being an adult. As for feedback I welcome any. I'm thinking on making all 3 able to marry the player (using the standard marriage quest) I considered Gertrude have a little store in Riverwood but gave up on the idea as is in her dotting age so would want to spend her end days with her kids (or grandchildren if/when her kids get married and have kids of there own).
Phoenix1au Posted March 6, 2015 Author Posted March 6, 2015 Ok! I've ran into problems here I'll be delayed in finishing the house no longer have a monitor (it fell off the table and hit a pointed object thus has cracked screen. Using my 80cm (32") HDDTV as a temp monitor (my kids don't like the idea me using the TV as a monitor) and it don't allow CK to display properly. I can access most everything but cell view window,no access to cell view window means no access to the house to work on it. I should with luck have a new monitor in a month well as soon as i save up the $225 for it. I can say the bottom floor is almost finished and most of the top floor. Still got a bit to do. Also I was thinking of adding a child to the family undecided as yet on gender or whom the parent would be. So some feedback would be helpful in deciding.
Phoenix1au Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 I can't find them in Riverwoods... They are near Svens house on the road roaming between Svens home Alvor's smithy and the Riverwood trader.
Phoenix1au Posted May 1, 2015 Author Posted May 1, 2015 Sorry all. Due to a category 2 cyclone (hurricane) that hit here in my city Tuesday (April 21st) last week that took out not only the power but took out my computer including 1 of 3 external hard drives. I've lost the edited version of the mod with the house close to being finished it was on the hard drive that got fried when the power shorted out. consider the mod complete at it's current state. I only found out Friday (May 1st) Australian eastern standard time the hard drive was fried after repairing my computer.
panthercom Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 This advice is too late to do you any good, but it's always a good idea to physically unplug any valuable electronic equipment during severe weather. Just turning the power switch off doesn't give you any protection, because many newer computers still have power applied to the mother board even with the power supply switch turned off. I unplug during windstorms or thunderstorms, both can cause power surges and damage electronic equipment as a result. I actually work for a small electronic equipment manufacturer, and we sometimes get instruments back for repair that literally have every circuit board damaged. They always come from parts of the country prone to severe thunderstorms...
Phoenix1au Posted September 27, 2015 Author Posted September 27, 2015 I was asleep at the time an exploding transformer woke me by the time i got to the trip switch to shut down the comp completely it was to late.
