Can someone making a more immersive fishing mod?

I want a fishing mod where you can fish with a pole by pressing the left button on the mouse and where we don't have stupid things like dwemer fish bomb or whatever it's called.

Same here. I want those Slaughterfishes to slowly and painfully die in the open, bright, unclouded sun.

It shouldn't be hard, right? No animation even needed.

I too have been looking for such a mod... Also the ability to maybe fight off slaughter fish with a dagger while under the water, and some sea monsters for deeper waters..

 

Anyway, getting back on topic, it would be cool to have a simple fishing mod with some kind of animation theough; maybe where the screen cuts to a third person camera view and repeats until a fish is caught or the player interrupts it.

I'd settle for one without animation, but that would allow you to fish by equipping a pole and simply left clicking on a body of water.

Yeah it would be cool to have a mod like hunterborn but for fishing, with animations, new recipes and why not special/rare loot.

So why wasn't it done yet? Some mods add new animations for grabbing herbs and stuff.
