Kageryu Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I love this mod. Simple yet effective w/ the latest Milk Mod economy update. Can you make a separate dialogue for milk maids who are followers? I'm actually mulling that over in my head today. In Milk Mod, Ed86 has added a milkmaid faction, so it should be relatively trivial (even for ME) to have dialogue that only shows up if you're talking to a milk maid. If you're playing a male character, I think I already have dialogue in here that only shows up if you're talking to a follower ("Honey, you're FULL!....") as it checks for currentFollower faction (or maybe I'm checking for IsPlayerTeammate or something...). Anyways... if it passes THAT check AND the target is in the milkmaid faction, well I should be able to create dialogue just for that. I have more ideas than time.... and WAY more ideas than skill! I mean, I just want something simple like "I'm hungry. Let me get some milk from you." because the milk maid is a companion and it would be nice to have relevant dialogue for the female companion rather just a generic one for all female NPCs. If you wanted to make things complex, you could create dialogue based on how full the milk maid's breasts are like "Oh, your breasts seem to be filling up with milk." vs "Your breasts seem full and you look like you could use a milking." Might as well start with something simple for follower milk maids first.
etermoon Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Hi, can you somehow make it compatible with iNeed? Maybe easier than Realistic Needs and Diseases.
chajapa Posted January 24, 2015 Author Posted January 24, 2015 Getting ready to upload GotMilk-v2.0 I jumped right to version 2 because I started over. Why? Because now the esp is named GotMilk.esp instead of chajapaquest.esp. I also organized things a little easier for myself for later updates. Not that there's a lot TO this mod. It's horribly simple, but I'm new to this and I learned some things so... I tidied up a bit. I had INTENDED to get this working with MilkMaidFaction so I could give you some dialogue ONLY when talking to another MilkMaid. I couldn't get it to work so those dialogues now work only with your follower. I'd still like to figure out the faction thing because it's possible to have milkmaids that are NOT followers. New version REQUIRES MilkMod, Skyrim, Update, and because it requires MilkMod, it will also require everything that MilkMod requires so make SURE you've got MilkMod running and have met its requirements BEFORE you install version 2 of GotMilk.

008zulu Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 What version of milkmod is required? I'm getting the animations, but still no reduction of volume.
chajapa Posted January 24, 2015 Author Posted January 24, 2015 What version of milkmod is required? I'm getting the animations, but still no reduction of volume. I'm using the January 21 version, but Ed86 added support for breastfeeding several versions back. You'd have to go look at the changelog for Milk Mod to see when he added it. AND.... you'll have a breastfeeding toggle in MilkMod's MCM. I think it's under Milking Configuration.
cxsora Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Need Milk Mod Economy? I don't interest in it, so I still use old version

chajapa Posted January 24, 2015 Author Posted January 24, 2015 Version 2.1 Only change is that I had to fix the positions in one animation where I had them reversed. Ooops..... milk happens I guess.

I have that one too, and the toggle is enabled. The entire function of breastfeeding interaction with MilkMod is controlled by MilkMod itself. THIS mod doesn't change any of that. All this mod does is start the animations through dialogue. SO.... if you're not seeing the MilkMod messages related to milking when a breastfeeding animation is running, then you have an issue with MilkMod. Do you get the message about milk being forced from breasts when you have an orgasm? I have had this exact same issue where some of MilkMod's hooks weren't.... hooking. In almost every case, I was able to get things working by resetting MilkMod from its Debug menu in MCM which I think you should do whenever you update MilkMod. Resetting means you have to make your milkmaids into milkmaids again, but unless you have a hundred of them, it only takes a few minutes to make them become milkmaids and then go into MilkMod's MCM -> Debug Milkmaid and reset them to the proper level they were on before the reset.... so they don't have to start over from the beginning.

chajapa Posted January 24, 2015 Author Posted January 24, 2015 OK... looking for brave people.. I think I have the faction check working. Takes a bit of dicking around on my part, but... The Version 2.1 dialogues that only show up with a follower, will now ALSO show up if you're talking to a milkmaid who is NOT a follower. I have Winterstone Castle as my player home. The version with NPCs. There are several ladies included. Most of them CAN be followers, but I kinda like them for decoration. Now I can make them milk maids and NOT have to have them as followers so when I come home from a long day of exploring and having sex with my followers, I can suck titty until my lips are sore! So, if you'd like... try the attached version. If it works ok, I can incorporate the faction check into the NEXT version and add more dialogue. Who knows? The Milk Maids might find some OTHER stuff to do besides just drinking milk from the tap. You know.... because they're friends and all that.... The attached file is version 2.1 and all I did was add the faction checks AND I made MilkModNEW a hard dependency. Had to use TES5Edit to do that because Creation Kit strips any esp files from the master list when you save. So CK won't allow me to have MikModNEW.esp as a Master, but I can do it with TES5Edit. That means every time I touch this mod in CK, I have to use TES5Edit to fix it because CK screws it up. Let me know how this works. If it's fine, I'll make it an official upload. GotMilk-v2.1FAC.zip

Just to be clear.... installing GotMilk does not require you to reset MilkMod. The problem you have with animations not triggering milking is a MilkMod issue, not a GotMilk issue. If you didn't even have GotMilk installed, you could have the same problem. I had it myself before I ever made GotMilk. So... have fun!
chajapa Posted January 24, 2015 Author Posted January 24, 2015 LIES!!! MilkMod have no issues! No issues for ME... hahahha... mostly 'cause I listen to Ed86 when he tells me how I screwed up so I can fix it. AND.... you're right, Ed86. MilkMod has no issues... USERS have issues Usually not following directions (and I can say that because I'm guilty of it too.... )

I am not clear on the dependency requirement. Should I replace the existing mod and not care about the load order as per normal? One more question. Does it affect Milk Mod Economy. Since it counts the number of slots.

GotMilk does not CREATE MilkMaids. I'll say it one more time... THIS MOD ONLY... ONLY... has dialogue to start breastfeeding animations in a fun way. It is tied to Milk Mod Economy as I am using the MilkMaidFaction from MME as a condition for some of the dialogue. GotMilk does not CHANGE MilkMod in any way shape or form. It JUST provides an easy means to get to the breastfeeding animations. That's it Nothing more..... yet...
008zulu Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 The issue I am having, is that the milk level is not decreasing as an npc feeds.
chajapa Posted January 24, 2015 Author Posted January 24, 2015 The issue I am having, is that the milk level is not decreasing as an npc feeds. You've missed something when setting up MilkMod. Are you seeing messages about milking as an NPC is breastfeeding on your mlikmaid? (or when you are breastfeeding on your milkmaid.... or if YOU are the milkmaid.... when someone is breastfeeding from YOU)? In ANY sex animation... if your milkmaid has milk, you should see a message about milk being forced from her breasts as she has orgasm. If you are not seeing those messages, then you missed something when installing and setting up MilkMod. USUALLY.... you forgot to reset MilkMod when you upgraded from a previous version.
008zulu Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 I have reset the mod. It seems to work on a new character, not a pre-existing one.
chajapa Posted January 25, 2015 Author Posted January 25, 2015 OK... for brave people again... version 2.2FAC uses MilkMaidFaction as a condition in some dialogue. I removed the follower check from dialogue that should only logically be taking place with a milkmaid so some dialogue is ONLY available when talking to a milkmaid. For FEMALE player characters, this ASSUMES that YOU are a MilkMaid. I don't check for that. ALSO added a couple of messages that will show up in the upper left corner (debug messages being used to pass.... observations?) ONly 2 or 3 dialogues have this so... maybe you'll notice and maybe you won't. MilkModNEW.esp is a MASTER for this so it's a requirement that will probably break things if you don't have it. I am coming down with a cold or something. Nose running like a faucet and generally feeling crappy. So I'm not sure how much I'll be doing on this the next few days. Meanwhile... TEST THIS and if it's ok, I'll officially make it version 2.2 I'm using Mod Organizer. In MY game, I'm just deactivating the previous version and installing the new one. Because this mod uses so little scripting, you shouldn't have any issues at all going from one version to another. For NMM users... OVER WRITE everything. Have fun and let me know how this version is.... GotMilk-v2.2FAC.zip
