How to Completely reset a follower NPC?

i got 2 Follower mods criss crossed and now have couple npcs that kinda act as followers but aren't. or they're not following. tried the reset functions in both the mods but they aren't working. rather than uninstall reinstall clean save ect, i'd like to try reseting these 2 npcs.

aren't there console commands to get them out of the player faction and kinda reset them? i tried the usual, disable, enable, resurrect, resetal ect

Disclamer: I'm no wizard.

I'd check in the CK, under "factions" potential follower and marriage, and "Relationships" Player Rank if any listed.

Alter, add or remove to see if the desired changes are made.
