CTD on loading any save

I've been having this issue where I can't load ANY save whatsoever and I cannot figure out the issue.

Have you tried loading up the game and at the selection screen hit the console button ~ and type in coc qasmoke and then from there bring up your load page and try loading the save file then? Have you run LOOT and TES5EDIT?

Myuhinny, the coc qasmoke trick worked as it allowed me to load a file which caused CTD, Do I have to do that every time I want to load my save (which is fine as long as it works) or is there a known fix? Thanks for the help

Not everytime. Sometimes the save can work if you save in a small cell with few npcs around.

Heavily moded Skyrim has difficulties loading games in big cells with lots of stuff in them.
