I've been using this Wear and Tear 2.0.3 mod without the PlayerValueController mod.  I'm not sure if it is actually needed.

Wear and Tear 2.0.3 have soft link to PlayerValueController.
Speed debuffs do not worked without PlayerValueController.

Sexlab_WearAndTear_v2.03 was reactivated(old version).
You can use it, but without PlayerValueControler speed debufs do not work.
My computer was broken. I do not know, when i can upload the new version.

Feature request:

 

Damage from plugs

 

There are various plugs now in the game with various effects. I would think some are capable of doing harm, especially the magical ones.

 

Soulgem Plugs: 0%-3% damage after every 5 seconds of vibrating, depending on how strong is the vibration.

Shock Plug: 1-5% damage / shock

 

Something like that. Maybe take into consideration the size of the plug, but I guess they are the same, only the flavor text makes them different.

Plugs already reduce healing rates. I don't know if it's possible in this mod (but is easily changeable), but in my version of the mod you can set the healing rates to negative values => The longer you wear plugs, the more damage you receive.
