Shivlxiee Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 The title asks the question, I am looking for a realism-based Skyrim sex mod list, rape can be a thing but I don't want mass orgy raping like in defeat, I am mainly looking for a lore-friendly sex experience, (courtship, very rare rape, pregnancy, etc.). Main reason being is that I have a little load order space, so I want minimal esps from all the mods, thanks for any suggestions!

You'd have even bestiality, maybe not with giant spiders but probably goats wouldn't be too happy those days, lol. Prostitution would also be really common as well, and very risky. In any case, for a lore-friendly approach I'd go with SexLab and Defeat. I don't think that in the past a woman attacked by a band of outlaws would be able to get away without being raped. maybe not in a gangrape style, but I'd still pick that one and limit the sex scenes. Death Alternative would make a good adittion here, since Defeat works with it, and you can use it so that rape is a random occurence among other DA outcomes. I'd also throw in a prostitution mod. My favorite is Radiant Prostitution... but I don't think that at the time the game is set it would work in such a "businesslike" manner. In fact I'd recommend Skooma Whore instead. If you wanna be extremely realistic, maybe add a mod for STDs. For romance, I suppose that Spouses Enhanced or Lover's Desire. Maybe Amorous Adventures, although that one seems to me a bit too over the top for a truly conservative modlist. And for pregnancy, I'd say you have two options. Beeing Female would be the best choice if you want it to be truly realistic, even to the point of adding children. If you just want women to get pregnant as a consequence for sex but don't want to bother with any weird attemp to produce custom children, Soulgem Oven II seems to me a very good one. You even got lactation. You have some weird features out of it, like bottled semen and the fact that women give birth to soul gems, lol, but you can just ignore those and simply use it so you get women with a big belly once in a while. Finally, something that turned public sex into crime should also be a good idea. SexCrime or Spectator Crowds, maybe? Honestly, it has been ages since I used any of those.

Like use submit or defeat for combat rape and tweak the chances of it happening. Use on of the prostitution mods for that, you can use other ones for consensual sex etc.

Well to be exact I feel like we are getting the depraved part down , but the closeted part is sort of difficult.

What I'd miss in that department would be... A social shaming mod? Something like a mod that tracks the number of NPCs that "saw" you having sex, and how many times, and make NPCs comment on you accordingly... Get a bad rep for shops and social interactions, maybe?Get a much worse effect if children witnessed your "depravity"? It could also check for how much people see you naked as well. And for adultery and/or sex outside of marriage. Homosexuality and bestiality. Hmm. Well, it really does have potential. It'd be basically a mod that would check the LOS of any NPC while you're naked or having sex, and keep a registry of how many NPCs have seen you doing what. It could even keep track of each hold individually. I don't think that's too hard at all, it'd be like a sneaking check. Then it would add you to custom factions, at first you'd get comments like you usually get when you're in the Brotherhood or in the College. Get debuffs on Speechcraft. At higher levels you could also get a bounty. Well, there's an idea, lol.

Any of the mods available can essentially be used as 'sex anywhere' mods, and can quickly end up that way without proper self-control / devotion to immersion. A proper 'playthrough' setup for me usually includes, - Sexlab Submit, since I find it much more stable than Defeat. - (sometimes) Sexlab Attraction + Approach for NPCs initiating sex with the player via dialogue, I like this since it allows my followers to as me for sex. Which I find somewhat more realisitic than the PC being the only initiator. It is, however, script intensive. - Amorous Adventures. While I wish it had more male options - since I play straight/bi female PCs - it does include some very nice alternatives for quest/story related sex with female NPCs. Beyond that it depends on the type of character. Prostitution mods are likely useless unless your roleplaying a wench, and Spouses Enhanced is no longer supported, and was left as something less than stable. As far as Romance is concerned, right now Amaorous Adventures is really the only thing available right now that is still supported.

What is interesting to me is for sex, what kind it is, and nudity to have sort of an impact, especially in a public setting. It is a difficult line to walk since it could vary a lot base on player's taste and the world they want to create, and at worst become a step towards social commentary on real life

Didn't test that part much when I did, but NPCs are supposed to comment you on your character's libido (which goes up and down depending on how many times you have sex, can be tweaked to your liking). "Devious Device More Devious Quest" also has that, however it goes down the Devious Devices route, which many consider not-so-realistic. In the end though, I'll say this, while following advices from people is a good way of gathering up info on various mods, do not be afraid to test other mods, even if some guy/gal said it wasn't realistic. It's all subjective, and it's all linked to the fun-factor. For example, pregnancy and STDs are pretty realistic, but not everybody will use them, since not everyone finds it fun. All I'm saying is, if a mod catches your eyes, don't be afraid to try it out for realism' sake.

As far as being defeated is (or, defeating your enemy), Defeat is much more well-rounded in that it flows better and offers more stuff. Submit on the other, reaches out to other stuff than combat-only. In fact, a lot of people use both : Defeat for combat, submit for it's out-of-combat options.
guk Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 That, and Submit hasn't been updated since september. No idea how it well it works for actual gameplay with SL 1.59c. I have used it for more than one playthrough with Requiem (oldschool-RPG total game overhaul) and it fits in perfectly. Though as mentioned, i always turn the "player submit" feature off because i have no use for it. Further i have to admit i never tested Defeat, because it seemed more like a combat rape thing which does the opposite of RPG/immersion/realism.

1conseq Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 You will play with a character who is going to be the raving beauty or are you going to be the stud? I have played as both, currently playing with a male character and I use a completely different sets of mods that I used with the girl and the whole game experience changes for me. With the girl character, I wanted to have her on screen all the time. With the dude, I play in first person all the time. So that already changes a bit the need for first person mods, for example.
