Recently I have updated a lot of mods in my list, unfortunately some came with additional esp for compatibility patches. I kept Radiant Prostitution and Sexlab TDF Aggressive Prostitution for a long time now but its time I gave one up for more esp slots. I'm also using SD+ in my mod list if that makes any difference.

I'd go with TDF. Radiant Prostitution is old and it's tweaked variant is known for being buggy compared to the other prostitution mods.

 

Working Girl could be worth a look though. It's simple yet pretty effective at what it does.

I've tried most of them, but unfortunately the features I'd love in my "ideal" prostitution mod are spread between the four main ones.

 

Radiant Prostitution is my favourite, but is buggy as fuck. I wonder if there's something wrong with my computer, because I keep getting the same issue since almost a year ago, and even though the modder claims that it's been fixed, I keep getting it even on almost-clean games (vanilla + USKP + Alternate Start + SexLab + RP, still get it).

 

The thing I love of this one is the fact that you work for somebody as a whore, and the idea of passive approach. The new quests that were added on the RP Tweaked are nice, but I wish somebody took the mod, strip most of it of extra crap and made sure that the main quest was working 100% good. I also like the barista work, specially how seamlessly works with the sex propositions.

 

Working Girl is nice as well. The passive approach works nice, and I love the possibility of having sex with shopkeepers for lowered prices. But this one doesn't have the "workplace" as above, and my worst issue with this one is that each type of sex is worth differently. Even though that's more realistic, in the end you keep choosing the most expensive so you earn more. RP's method based on duration seems better for me.

 

APPS has the "workplace" and barista thing here, but it's more limited, and also, the quest isn't finished so you basically can't advance. If I remember correctly, it doesn't have a "passive" mode either.

 

And TDF, I tried it some time ago, and honestly I don't even remember much of it. What I liked from it were the dancing options and the special dialogue for jarls.

 

I'd say try RP Tweaked, and if you can play with it without much hassle, keep it. Otherwise, try Working Girl.

Don't forget cursed loot and skooma whore.

 

I'm currently using TDF for normal prostitution, loving the new haggle options for the price.

Occasionally also Working Girl.

 

Then when deviced i use cursed loot and with skooma addiction stage 5 skooma whore.

 

Like Skyrimfloo i also loved Radiant Prostitution tweaked, but passive solitication always had some bugs for me and it hasn't been updated a while afaik, so i stopped using it.

I know, I really like how its done in Radiant Prostitution. Granted I don't have much experience in using the other mods since I'd be busy doing something else outside a tavern. Also I'm using another version made to be compatible with Apropos so I'll have a counter balance to how much my PC can offer her service (as well as a deterrent to getting rape). But unfortunately its limited to being in the tavern/city that you approached the innkeeper in.

I guess when enslaved in SD+ your PC don't really 'sell' her service but rather offer her service in the hopes of being given some gold for your freedom. This is where I thought I'd use another mod like TDF. I see that it has been updated so much since I last checked (I'm still on 2.0.1.0).

Not much into drugging so not feeling like installing the Sexlab Skooma Whore, but I do have DCL installed including other Devious mods as well.

I'll ask in the SD+ topic for their recommendation just in case. I'll reply back when I have decided.

The Working Girl varying prices only start to shine once you've got stuff like Pregnancy, Apropos and/or Diseases. Suddenly vaginal sex without a condom because a real bad idea and using your ass for 6 hours straight might bring some pretty bad consequences.

 

But it's true that without at least one of these in ends up at "just take the one with more moneh"

 

 

Edit : Considering that you want to be able to use the mods in conjonction with SD+, I agree that TDF or Working Girl that work everywhere might be more preferable. But you could always simply use RP when in Inns and the other when not.

I pretty much agree with Skyrimfloo all of them have good and bad points. RP tweaked I thought was on the right path but it is has not been touched in a long time now.

I looked through Working Girl and it does seems that it allows for my followers to seek out clients. I'd like to know though if this is similar to what TDF do or do they seek out clients themselves?

I would prefer the clients to choose the service they want with the player being able to suggest another in case we refuse, but its kinda close between Working Girl and TDF.

What was the idea?

If I could, I'd like the innkeepers to seed the idea to the PC first before the player are able to take the job. Maybe after the player acted upon a request by a customer NPC and the innkeeper took note of it. The PC could then offer her services whether she's also working as a waitress or not, but regardless she is under the protection of the innkeeper. After progressing through that phase she could either continue to offer her service under the protection of innkeeper or she could try it on her own around Skyrim.

On one hand, all the coins she earned will belong to her but she will have to deal with cheapskates, cheaters, robbers and other risks that includes being arrested, maybe for trying to offer/bribe a guard, 'haggle' with the merchants, etc. On the other hand, the innkeepers will guarantee her safety and a never ending list of clients should she wish to pursue more.

She could have her female followers tag along if the group is really in need of money, but its the progression from working for the innkeepers to working for yourself that I would like to see.

I'm currently using TDF and Working Girl, I do have Radiant Prostitution installed but I haven't dared using it since I started my new play through in fear of instabilities, I miss the quests and interactivity of it though, if you are going to use it, make sure you save before starting a task/mission.

 

What I'm getting out of each:

 

TDF:

Dancing for Money, Whoring NPCs and the Occasional Passive / Active soliciting.

 

Working Girl:

Pretty much everything else, active/passive whoring, biggest variety of animations in a prostitution mod so far and best of all, offering a group/threesome option of which as of yet, no other mod incorporated.

Version 3.4

- Added: Revamped solicitation. You now have to collect your payment after servicing your customers and there is now a (customizable) chance that they won't pay up. You can insist, but they might find your nagging annoying...
- Added: Toggle for allowing solicitation in inns only.
- Added: (Customizable) chance that a customer wants a threesome on successful solicitation.
- Added: Some customers will force drug you with Skooma when soliciting (you will receive a 50% higher tip for it!). Yes, that's meant as a (very light) tie-in with Skooma Whore.
- Added: Soliciting in inns will increase your success chances by a fair bit, but the innkeeper will keep a portion of your tip.
- Added: Soliciting while wearing light or heavy armor will...not work.
- Added: Support for some popular custom followers not using the standard follower tagging system for some (silly) reason. Currently the list includes Sofia, Vilja and Selene Kate. Oh and Bethesda's own Serana. Don't even ask me why Bethesda isn't using their very own built-in follower system for her.
- Changed: If a Yoke is rolled while arm cuffs are worn, the game now tries to unequip any generic arm cuffs instead of immediately falling back to conventional armbinders.
- Fixed: Botched evaluation of NPC arousal that led to only unaroused NPCs agreeing to your solicitation efforts. Gah!

I'll keep an eye on Working Girls, hopefully in the future it might get further develop. I think I'll be rolling with TDF for now. I just hope either RP/Tweaked gets developed further in the future and/or its essence is incorporated into another prostitution mod, Working Girls maybe.

No, DCL also has a strong prostitution part now, it got introduced a few versions ago and now expanded.

You have quite a few mcm settings, you can enable or disable solitication on various conditions, like always, when wearing a DD item or now restrict it to inns.

The best part imho is the fully configureable failure options, there are quite a few, people can report you to guards, put devices on you etc. etc. if they don't want sex with you.

As i said everything is adjustable, so if you don't like one aspect of it you can disable it and keep the others.

While it is labeled as DD mod (which it is of course) it also has nice general features:

-You get (in)famous on a hold-by-hold basis (all mcm configureable) if you have lots of sex and the NPCs make dirty comments then.

-You can enable a setting which makes you approach randomly nearby NPCs and try to talk them into sex if your arousal is 100 and you hadn't sex for a while

 

And then if you have a devious device equipped this mod has a work option included which is awesome. You get various tasks, some are sexually humiliating while others are normal work like cleaning a room, milking a cow etc.. After you finished the tasks you get paid. Everything is mcm-configureable to your liking.

So i'd say it is a light prostitution mod too and very nice for immersion.

Also Skyrimll said that SD+ together with SL Dialogues will allow for easier prostitution option 'out of the box' at slavery level 3 in the future. Seems like I have something to look forward to in SD+.

Currently I use RP and TDF together - role-play getting a license from the local Innkeeper, then hustle my follower and my avatar. When I close up, I pay the percentage from TDF as well (dump it in a barrel, usually ;). I use TDF when broke and on the road and don't have to worry about an Innkeeper demanding a cut.

 

The solicitation from Cursed Loot looks promising, but haven't had a chance to work with it yet. Seems appropriate for road work, where we wouldn't have the protection an Innkeeper's bouncers would offer.

Actually I'm about to test that out, a combination between RP Tweaked and DCL. It kinda fulfill that scenario I wanted, but without the progression. Also helps reduce the clutter in the dialog list.

I also have a few economy mods out there to provide a gold sink, so at least I will be struggling for money early in the game.

Kind of the setup I have. Inside city walls, I only use RP. When travelleing the roads, I use TDF, if the need for some quick cash arises.

I prefer the option from RP to set the rates for the services in the MCM. I usually keep them low and the cut at 50% at least.

Otherwise it is too much money in a short time.

 

Right now I have a playthrough with an imperial using the following:

 

Skyrim Unbound (made her start just in rags and the option "Rags are poor")

Radiant Prostitution (low rates and 50% cut)

TDF (while on the road)

Become a Bard (Why not combine the workplace from RP with some more income)

 

She started out in Riften, not two septims to rub together. She made some money in the Bee and Barb until she had enough to travel with the cart to Solitude. Didn't want to travel all the way in rags :lol:

 

Of course this profile in MO is not for a serious playthrough, I am not doing the main quest and only play the life of a normal person travelling the lands of Skyrim, trying to make a living and getting by.

 

My conclusion:

It isn't about "which one is the best prostitution mod", but about "which ones cater to my needs for Roleplaying"

Any combination is possible, it is what you make of them. :D

 

But if you have to give up an esp-slot, I would keep RP, TDF is a bit overpowered income wise.

Yes, playing something else besides the all-mighty dragonslayer is fun sometimes :)

 

I didn't intend to use any of the games with the disabled main quest for serious gameplay, only for some roleplaying a non-Dovahkiin.

 

This is why I love Mod Organizer, it doesn't mess up your game if you decide to do this stuff :)

 

I have several setups for different "normal" lives in Skyrim (not all off them involve prostitution :D) and so far have a young peasant girl striding through the ranks of the thieves guild, a breton woman trying to become Arch Mage for her own sinister goals. None of them have borked out so far with the disabled main quest. Once they have reached their goals, I will probably keep playing with the until the save game croaks and that was it.

But so far everything works fine.

 

Edit: One Mod that might not work fully with disabled main quest is "Amorous Adventures", I think, because certain quests at the beginning are triggered by the MQ. But I have that great mod in all my serious playthroughs, so I don't use it in the roleplaying setups.

You do realize that you can use TESVEDIT (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?) and this script (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37981/?) to merge some of your mods.

 

I highly recommend merging clothing and armor mods that contain no scripts or scripting at all and that have not been updated for a long time. You can dramatically reduce your ESM/ESP count by merging a number of mods that are no longer being actively updated.

 

Then you don't have yourself sitting at the limit of the number of mods you can run.

DCL will be a great moneysink too :)

 

I'm currently using TDF for low risk low reward prostitution and DCL for high risk high reward prostitution. So far i am happy with my settings, i earned about 1000 septims with roughly a dozen successful DCL prostitution attempts, and then i got a critical failure and now i have to get rid of that yoke which will be quite nasty probably :D

I do merge most if not all the weapon and armor mods, I tend not to have many of them and always go for the big packages like Impressive Armor and Weapons as well as uglykidcid's merged pack. I am now merging any compatibility patches that I could and probably going for the mods that improve the small details like the Gildergreen Regrown, Blacksmith Forge Water fix and the likes. I won't be able to merge a lot though as most of the small mods are merged in the bashed patch already. I also need to trim down the scripted mods, for the sake of stability.

I like your setup. Now if we could make Skyrim a bit more dangerous that you'd either need to train on the training dummies or hire some bodyguards and stay on the road in your adventure, while tedious that would be as close as you can get to living the NPC life in Skyrim. I try not to rush the Helgen quest in my Live Another Life starts, but the dragon shout is definitely useful to have when just starting. Two-handed warriors and mages are definitely my kryptonite right now.

That too, but there are nice built in gold sinks.

If you get heavy restraint DDs those are extremely expensive to remove, you can adjust the cost in the MCM in 100 Gold steps from 100-2000 Gold/Charlevel.

And then you can configure a bounty from 50 up to 10000 gold as critical solitication fail if you want to.

That too, but there are nice built in gold sinks.

If you get heavy restraint DDs those are extremely expensive to remove, you can adjust the cost in the MCM in 100 Gold steps from 100-2000 Gold/Charlevel.

And then you can configure a bounty from 50 up to 10000 gold as critical solitication fail if you want to.

I see, I never thought of that. Shows how close I am in following the mod and exploring it. In any case thanks for the info. I was hoping that SexCrime would be the ticket to get the PC into Prison Overhaul more frequent (I rarely do crimes like stealing or pickpocket in any of my games) but this seems to be more viable (and more developed) of the two, not to mention the more stable option script wise.
