That's the closest I'm seeing that actually has the movement effects like in the video. Have you hit up the japanese modding sites like dragonporn? I'm thinking those are the most likely places to find it.

I'd say the tail is a port from oblivion. Can't remember the name of the tail but I know that it is from oblivion. 

 

 

 

 

Also this should of been posted in one of the what mod is it threads or the 2 requests threads instead of making another thread when there are already threads dedicated for these types of questions.
