No Gender Directory aAnimations

Hi, im getting an annoying thing with Sexlab, FNIS and MO. When I run FNIS, it doesn't detect any animations for genders etc. In game, Sexlab and all works fine except for the fact that doesn't have any options or toggles. Everything is labeled with 'ESC'. This is a re-install of all things Sexlab because I decided to revert everything back to Vanilla and start over.

This is my FNIS, if anyone is wondering.

Notice the No Gender directory, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, it worked in the past, but that was with NMM. Doesn't seem to work for MO, or am I missing a step? Doing something wrong? Any help/advice would be appreciated
