I found that turning off HDT hair did the trick for me, not sure it'll work for anyone else though.

Thanks man! After almost a day of troubleshooting this helped!

Posting my own fix since I ran into this today, for the benefit of other Googlers:

 

I got into my enblocal.ini and enabled the framerate limiter, and limited it to 60 FPS (like the CLARALUX lighting mod instructions recommended).

 

30 worked also, didn't test 120. Fraps showed me hitting 240-250, which is enough to drive Skyrim's Havok enging *right* off the deep end. If nothing in this thread so far works for you.... well, best of luck. :P

Thank you so much! This is what worked for me! At first i thought this wouldn't be the solution for me because my FPSLimit was already set to 60.0 in the enblocal.ini. However! I failed to notice at first that EnableFPSLimit was set to false. I changed it to True and it solved my problem! Thank you for taking the time and commenting here! You saved me from a lot of fustration and time wasting! Probably saved my current playthrough as well because i wouldn't have thought of this solution!
