My animation are rigid+possible to have better animation?

Well I use HDT which helps to make things more life like but TBBP works well to.

Or you can post a video of how your animations look and we could tell if that is right.

I suspect you may be looking at the old Animated Prostitution content which is included in SexLab and enabled by default. Those animations are pretty bad.

 

Go through SexLab MCM -> Toggle Animations and disable all animations that start with AP.

 

See if the animation selections are better after that.
