Problem with some companion Eyes

Hello.

 

I have a little problem with some companions eyes.

I think that i understand where the problem come from but i don't know how to resolve it.

 

See this picture to see my problem:

After some research i think that i have found where are  the problem. Maybe the textures eyes.

 

The textures of eyes from companion are like that (exemple here red sonia and other mod companion vailena) :

How can i resolve this? Thank you for your help.

 

Load order (in construction (i will put lovers mods afters all town, npc or others good things).

Bonjour.

 

J'ai un petit probleme avec certains yeux de quelques partenaires.

Je pense que j'ai compris d'où vient le problème mais je sais pas comment le résoudre.

 

Regardez l'image pour comprendre d'où vient le problème.

Après quelques recherches, je pense que le problème provient des textures des yeus.

 

Les textures des yeux des partenaires sont comme ceci: (exemple ici red sonia et autre mod compagnion vailena)

Comment puis je résoudre ce problème? Merci pour votre aide.

You need to make sure you are supposed to have both vilja esp files enabled.

Lastly, try moving Vailena, com veronia, rhianna and sonia up above the MBP esp plugins.

Then rebuild your bashed patch with the MBP files rolled into it.  Only a couple of them should be left enabled.

vailena does not work? She ( her race) have own eye meshes and textures in own Folders. Can not be overridden by other Mods or the Bashed Patch. She must be fine.

I don't have the other companion Mods. And I don't have MBP, so I don't know whether and which mehses/textures are overwritten, or whether it changes the original eyes.

 

Your first eye Picture is original Oblivion Version ( one-eye-texture)

No it's doesn't work. And i  installed them in last (or almost maybe some home player but well, this isn't normally a problem).

 

But maybe it's in conflict with mbp? Because i think but i'm not sure, that one time before i have installed before mbp and well no problem but after...same problem than now.

(But here mbp was already installed before companion mod)

 

But for vailenia i have remove esp race because it's crash when i change sexe of the race (M-->F)(and no change too for the eyes).

Those googly eyes look like the race was forced to use mbp-like heterochromia eyeballs while the eye textures remain unchanged.

Bash often does that. fails to sort eyes. It has a nasty habit of attempting to unify the eye mesh into one standard - excepting the hard-wired x117 ones. And you have no other option not to sort eyes as long as you use bashed patch. It will always attempt to sort them whether fail or not and you can't stop that.

I'd personally edit the plugin directly if I were you, but if you can't / won't do that just try moving companions below the bashed patch and rebuild (thus excluding them from bash patch).

I'd personally edit the plugin directly if I were you, but if you can't / won't do that just try moving companions below the bashed patch and rebuild (thus excluding them from bash patch).

 

It's work when i move companion mod just below the bashed patch (and after rebuild).

 

 

When you say by edit the plugin, you mean change eyes to another?

Also, i have checked to not sort eyes when i rebuild patch, but I haven't found it. How can i do that? (for my information)

There are number of ways to make them work together if you choose to edit the plugin itself, but it's a bit tough to say which way is the best.

 

Before that, do the one last trial.

Assuming you are using bash to post your load order, you look like missing one thing. You must merge green plugins (in bash load order tab) into bashed patch and disable it. Such as beautiful people 2ch-ed xxx.esp. If mergeable they should appear as green text. Some of them include cosmetic stuff, of course.

 

If that does not work, there are several ways.

 

1. If the companion's race uses mbp compatible resource (such as ren head) I'd simply master it to mbp and change the race.

2. You can also redirect their eyeball mesh to an mbp-like one. And then you must redirect eyeball textures as well.

3. Or, if those works are a bit too much for you now, you can replace the eye textures with mbp stuff. Simple.
