odd belly

So i've got this odd belly issue that pops up time to time.

sometimes i'm wearing armor with the belly and it appears nice and round or im naked and its nice and round. but sometimes after removing armor or performing a sex act i get the issue.

 

 its not like the other belly issue topics i see were the belly is not working because they didn't rename the file or inverted belly's

i have a picture posted below along with my xml file

to me it almost looks like a torpedo and i did search for that but all i got back were torpedo breast fixes.

 

could it just be something simple i'm missing?

fyi im using custom race and the issue also affects npcs but i rarely see it cause i forget to turn random sex on
