Enb Troubles

So hay there guys I'm having a issue and it just happened a week ago or so. So my skyrim stopped accepting Enb's in full screen and the only way to play is in windows mode however that never works.

So here the problem when I try to run my skyrim with the enb and this is a fresh install because When it started happening I thought my skyrim had gone and died on me. It will do the start up and then freeze up in a black screen not loading skyrim when I run in fullscreen and I tried injector and non injector still nothing working never had this problem before. However I tried non fullscreen and it loaded up however the game lags like hell and the shadows and everything not loading right and now the skin looks all blackish and stuff so ya. If anyone knows of anyway to fix this issue you would have my thanks.

Be sure that you have followed the ENB installation guide carefully.

There is a particular order to making graphics settings changes that can screw things up if not done correctly. For instance, opening the default Skyrim launcher can undo settings changes for your ENB.

Also follow any uninstall instructions carefully as ENBs can leave behind junk that will get in the way of future installations. If you run into a situation where you have incorrectly uninstalled an ENB, reinstall it and use whatever uninstall directions are provided to clean everything out.

How's performance without the ENB? Could this be related to installed mods?

I cleaned the whole file so I completely removed skyrim from my computer I don't leave anything old in my file when I remove everything for re installation as all of the enb files were gone. The only mods I had also where the Season's of skyrim mods that came with the enb. I never had a issue in the past frame rate wise or anything at all. Its weird because when I removed the enb the game works normal again it just can't run with a enb at fullscreen which I don't understand why because I never had a problem in the past. Also like a said I can also run it in windowed mode but then again it lags a lot and even vanilla faces go blackish looking as well.

So still no change it will load when in windowed mode but not in fullscreen the thing just freezes and doesn't continue. However in windowed mode it lags like hell and the characters face even with vanilia types has a pitch black face. So this is also a brand new game which means fresh install no mods except what the enb and I've never had a problem with a enb because I can run it and have had the enb for a long time. It just stopped working a week ago so I re installed my game three times this is my third time and it still hasn't fixed the issue

Also another bit of Information its just skyrim that seems to be having that issue my Fallout new vegas enb and fallout 3 enb work fine so I'm wondering whats going on with my skyrim then

Are your skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini correctly configured?  And if you enabled settings like Anisotropic Filtering in the enblocal.ini, did you make sure that your graphics card has those settings set to application controlled?

I guess it would be good to know how this happened.  Did you do anything or change anything prior to you ENB not working?  Were you trying a new ENB or was this one you've had for awhile?  I guess some more information on what ENB you have, how you install mods, and maybe your computer specs would be helpful.

Yes the ini and pref have been set right I've had seasons of skyrim for a good while now but it not only just that enb it all enbs because I tried another one and it still wouldn't start.  My card for skyim was turned off a long time ago so it shouldn't be on unless it was put back.

As for mods there are non in my game at the moment its just pure vanilla with a enb.

I switched back to season's of skyrim also.

Specs are

Intel I-5

GTX-770 2gb

8Gb of ram

I paroblem I faced when I installed the latest enb was to simply open the game launcer go to graphics settins and disable FXAA, antiallising and anisotroping filtering. These thing are now controlled by the enb and if they are turned on they might cause trouble.

Well if you have the correct ENB binary (.236 for Seasons of Skyrim if i'm not mistaken),  You have ENBoost with the correct settings applied to the enblocal.ini, you have FXAA, Antallising, and Anisotropic Filtering turned off like Azmodan22 said in the skyrim.ini and skyrimpref.ini and you were not having problems prior to it suddenly malfunctioning then i'm stumped.

Just curious, are you using Mod Organizer?  Because its .ini files are stored in the profiles folder and must be configured from there.

I don't use mod organizer but I have planned to make the switch some time later on. So thank you for giving me that helpful information there. Here another bit of information on my problem the weird thing is it doesn't want to work in fullscreen. it just freezes in the startup but when I put it in windowed mode it works and loads up the only issue is once I get into the game there are huge framedrops and the character face is turning black.

I think if might be the dll and Enbhost there just not loading right when I go into fullscreen or somethings going on with them

Okay so it might not be a enb problem it might just be skyrim in general and for some weird reason every install its just not working like normal. The reason I think this might be the issue is because I tried to load more then 50 mods and it crashed with out a enb and boss is also not reading it so i'm just gonna re install the whole thing again and hope it works.

Naturally i've never had a problem with it because of the my Machines specs but only skyrim on my computer seems to be doing some major bugging out and is still not working with the enb the 5th reinstall now.

Uh, you haven't mentioned if you had nVidia's Geforce Experience installed (assuming because I'm seeing more nVidia users than AMDs), because some versions fuck up the game.

Yes I have the  nVidia's Geforce Experience  My driver is still in the state of 331.65. So maybe this is the issue maybe it needs to be updated.

It seems my enb just randomly started to work again i think it happened after something updated so i think I'm good now anyways thanks for the help with troubleshooting guys. ^.^
