Trowma Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 OK, I already read in the Faqs that there should be no loading order but how about installation order? Do I install Sexlab before or after the unofficial patches? I did after them and got the message after loading a savegame that I have SKSE version 0.0.0.0.
Mister X Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 SKSE is neither the Sexlab nor the Unofficial Patches. SKSE is the Skyrim Script Extender. Can be found at http://skse.silverlock.org If you use Mod Organizer as mod installation tool, an installation instruction can be found here: http://wiki.step-project.com/Skyrim_Script_Extender#Recommendations Loadorder should be: Skyrim Update SKSE Unofficial Skyrim Patch Dawnguard Unofficial DG Patch Hearthfires Unofficial HF Patch Dragonborn Unofficial DB Patch Highres Pack Unofficial Highres Patch <Anything else>

You don't have a Load Order problem, you failed to meet the pre-requisites. The Sexlab Framework depends on other mods to be installed first. In your case you have either failed to instal SKSE or you didn't read the instructions and are still starting the game through Steam instead of using SKSE Loader. Of course you also need to install FNIS (and do not forget to run the FNIS User Generator program after every mod you install or remove that contains animations). Last you need a mod to make use of the Sexlab Framework, it has a very rudimentary built in ability to start a sex act but its anything but immersive. Of course even then your characters will look ridiculous with their underwear on unless you have also installed nude mods.
Trowma Posted October 22, 2014 Author Posted October 22, 2014 (and do not forget to run the FNIS User Generator program after every mod you install or remove that contains animations). Every mod with animation or only if it has FNIS in its requirements?

Every mod with animation or only if it has FNIS in its requirements? As a rule of thumb: anything with animation. It's not possible to run FNIS too often - just make it part of your modding routine, like running LOOT.

There are some animation replacer mods that don't require FNIS but if you're not sure it doesn't hurt to run FNIS again.
