Guest Long John Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 I wonder what it would be like if the female Dragonborn could get deviously locked into Konharick's Armor (or a variation of it)?
Content Consumer Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 You mean something like this, with DD script attached? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20629/?
Jayleia Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Hopefully a more unpleasant version...one perhaps that isn't nearly as powerful and has some negative effects too.
LordDarSteel Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Clearly in this version the Dragonborn would be forced to wear a ballgag under the mask.
Jayleia Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 And why would the Dragonborn be locked into an armor like this...I'll steal some inspiration from the Trapped in Rubber story... After killing Miraak, some surviving Dragon Priests decide that since you killed the First Dragonborn, the Last Dragonborn should become the next High Priestess...eventually, after serving under and being under the current High Priestess. ...after being captured while sleeping, you're outfitted with cursed armor, you awake and a Dragon Priestess explains that this can only be removed from a loyal Dragon Priest, and you get sent on missions to prove your loyalty (also, coincidentally finding a book that details how to remove curses like that...and a warning to rush the preparations). If curse removal isn't complete by the time you do the last loyalty proof quest...well...why would a loyal dragon priest WANT to remove it...of course, the Dragon Priestess would have some fun ideas that at least involve removing your mask... The quests would have a timer, so you have to prepare to remove the curse while doing the other quests, or get punished (oh, horrors...) and have to do something else to prove loyalty. Should you complete preparations to remove curse before the last loyalty quest and do the ritual, boom free, now go kill the High Priestess that did that to you. Should you NOT find the book before the last loyalty quest, you're now a Dragon Priest. Enjoy your new life in service of Dragons and the Dragon High Priestess. Should you find the book and not complete the preparations before the last loyalty quest...you hand the book over and she destroys it in front of you, and you're also a Dragon Priest now. Enjoy your new life in service of Dragons and the Dragon High Priestess.

Clearly I have no idea if timers would be difficult (runaway scripts I assume), but it's something I've been hoping for. Not to forget the great addition of the forever trapped idea from this. I think it would be great to see a few permanent devices as well. Sure I can just disable keys, but then I hit a cursed container and bam, GG. I think a good backstory, like Jaylela suggested would make it perfect. Just my thoughts on this anyway.
