Devious Mod idea

Just a random idea for a minor mod for Devious Skyrim, where you can give Chasity Keys to your spouse so that they'll automatically unlock your belt when you spend time with them. That way you can be nice and protected against bandits and the likes, while still letting your husband/wife have access to what's underneath.

This is a very good idea (not just because I've had it before).

 

I have tried to do this a couple of times and failed, obviously it's entirely possible with existing mods but it would be good to see it incorporated into the marriage dynamic, such as it is.

Spouses Enchanced is good but doesn't touch on any of this and editing other people's dialogue trees can be a nightmare (wanted to add consensual whippings etc, FAILED).

 

Would like an alternative option, that they decided if they removed it and when (they don't need it off for you to satisfy them, after all), or if you could ask them to hold on to your keys for a specified time (week, month etc).

 

Possibly could nominate a single follower to do this instead of spouse?  Take a guess who I'd have in charge.

I would love this also...especially if there were some non-consent aspects added...a Dangerous Nights-type event, involving your spouse as the "attacker" and then you wake up locked up.  You'll never get the key, but you can get them to use their key...sometimes...

I'm thinking of special chastity devices that only your spouse can unlock. It made me think of the key necklace here:

As in tied to a specific key, or specific other item, or tied to a specific NPC?

Or rather a specific quest?

Maybe make it part of the marriage ceremony?

 

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today in sight of two friends of the groom, a random citizen who was wandering by the temple at the right time, and a dead dragon's corpse that mysteriously teleports around, to witness these two people as they join together in the bonds of holy matrimony, assuming one of them doesn't use console codes to destroy the union moments after it is made. Normally I'd go into a long rambling speech about love and loyalty, but considering that the groom is a PC, the bride will almost certainly either end up a permanent fixture of a random house somewhere, or if she is a follower she'll end up dead in some nordic ruin, so why bother?

To the bride: Do you agree to be bound together, in love, now and forever, until you die at the hands of some random dragon because your spouse couldn't be arsed to protect you as you fought, he'll be too busy picking flowers?

I do.

To the groom: Do you agree to be bound together, in love, now and forever, until you find someone prettier or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first?

I do.

Then with the presentation of these two rings and this one locking metal chastity belt that only the groom can unlock, I join these two lovebirds in marriage.
