However I'm slightly concerned about the quality of the sound itself. I hear alot of fuzz while listening and depending on the placement of the camera there seems to be some moans higher than others and such. I'm not saying it's not possible. Actually if I ever feel like making another sound pack I'd probably try my hand at using her voice. It's just a matter of recording it all then going through the trouble of playing with decibel levels to make sure everything is normalized then hoping that the fuzz that you can hear in the video doesn't cause enough aggravation in Oblivion that it breaks immersion and you can tell it's a ripped audio file instead of your actual character making the moans. Â Than again I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Still even so it's definitely prime material and there probably is a way to reduce the "noise" in the audio files anyway. I'm just not sure if I'm up for the task at the moment.
brewmasterhal Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 Some simple normalization tools should be able to normalize the volume on all the sound files to the same thing, you'd just have to use audacity to cut short clips of everything and then do a batch process normalization on the whole folder. Cleaning up the sound would be tougher, but I'm sure that audacity has filters that would help...

If that doesn't work, you might try renaming the news ones to match the old ones. Â EDIT - Oh you mean uploading. Megaupload should work for most people. You should archive it with winrar though. What software did you use to get the sounds?

Im looking for a sound effect for female voice that sounds like a woman getting a forced blowjob, kinda muffled and not a very clear type sounding voice but would work for a forced deepthroat/blowjob attack. No gagging sounds though. I just need one as long as it sounds good enough to use as a universal sound for females. Dreamer102 Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 I haven't found a way to rip the ones on the soundsnap site. They're well protected. About all I can do is set audacity running to record whatever comes thru the "Stereo Mix" and just edit the huge file that I record to get what I need.

Do it all while the preview clip is playing or you will get a download error.  Oh, and this means you get the mp3 file itself and not the recorded sound off the website, in case anyone was wondering.

[/quote']  DOH! Why din't I remember that!?! I have all those plugins installed in my Firefox 4.01. The only way of getting to files before stuff like "Downthemall" existed was browsing the source for the page and copying the link to the media file. ;D  I'm getting lazy and dotty in my old age...lol.

ArturoF Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 Nuts, simply converting the new sounds to .wav and renaming them to match the old sounds did not work for me. No sound plays if you do that. Unfortunately I do not know enough about programming or the lovers architecture to know why this is. Sorry guys. I think we need the insight of someone more knowledgeable than I. Perhaps some of the modders who understand the scripts for loversvoice can give could shed some light?  The only difference between the new sounds and the old ones that I can tell is the size and Bit rate. Both are higher on the new sounds. I don't think this should be relevant but maybe.  SUPER will do batch encoding like that. http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html I used "Free MP3 Wma converter"   PS - I gave the scripts a once over. Though I do not know much about scripting, it appears the scripts do not care what the .wav files are named nor how many are in each folder. Just that the folders exist. And then the script attempts to randomly play them out of the proper folder. It seems to me that the problem is getting oblivion to play the new .wav files. Perhaps the bit rate is too high?(1411kbps compared to 705kbps). I will fiddle around with it but I think I will need help from someone who at least understands the scripts.  PPS - The scripts support up to 10 voice sets 0-9. I tested this and was able to add voice sets 8 and 9 to the spell by simply adding more folders. So this means you can add up to 2 additional voice sets to with out having to over-write any of the old ones.  PPPS - I tried several different conversion settings to achieve the bit rates of the original working sounds. 16bit->8bit, stereo->mono, 44khz->22khz. All 3 methods result in 705kbps wav files. No luck with those either. Perhaps the conversion itself is causing the problem? Or perhaps I am barking up the wrong tree and the problem is somewhere in the scripting. If you want to and are able. Try ripping directly to .wav and I can try that. But I am getting a bit discouraged that this will work.  PPPPS - OH SNAP. I think I got it work. It seems oblivion will play 44khz 16bit mono. I'll need fiddle around a bit to get the sounds the way I like them. Then I will upload something. I will try to put up a voice set 8 and 9 so it does not over-write anything for you guys. And maybe write a small tutorial so you can customize your own sounds sets.

Just extract and drag the Data folder into your Oblivion Directory. That should add voice sets 8 and 9 to your lovers settings spell. Â Â Voice Set 8 - The first set I put together. I tried to make her sound a bit meek. I think I got a bit too excited and put too many files in it. I think right now the tone is a bit too inconsistent. Definitely will work on narrowing the focus on this one. Maybe turning it into several different voice sets. Â Voice Set 9 - Happier with this one. I tried to make her sound a bit hardier. There were much fewer sounds of that type to work with but I think in this case, less is more. Might make some changes. Â At some point I will write a small tutorial for anyone who wants to make their own custom sound sets. You just have to make sure they are in the right .wav format and in the proper folders. In the meantime I can take special requests if you send me the sounds. I might be asking for some sounds for myself if you guys can oblige.

Â If you need them to play when attacking a male npc...I am not sure what you have to do. I saw some stuff in the scripts that might be relevant(if then statements that relate to male/female chars) but again my coding knowledge is not so great. Â I never actually attacked a male npc in game so I don't even know what sound will play.
