It requires fose to work, so make sure you have that properly installed. Then, you have to go the new vault added south of tenpenny tower near the map edge and speak to the character in the entrance, there you'll get the "How to Sexus" item which will be under your consumables in the pipboy, and from there you can turn the mod on and configure some of the settings. If you can't find the vault, you can also add the item with console commands, just type the line [ Player.additem xx03eecd 1 ] into the console, the xx being the load order slot that sexus is in.

Once you have everything turned on in the "how to sexus" item in your consumables, it happens at random when within melee range.

Is anyone working on this at all? It would be great to get some of Donkey's work added, particularly the dialogue option mentioned in the revamp thread.

I've been doing some work, but my skills are pretty limited, so nothing really polished enough to release yet. Can you link what thread you're referring to?

Good news that someone is still interested This is the revamp thread https://www.loverslab.com/topic/154450-fo3-sexus-revamped-2020. I was particularly interested in the .esp the OP said he'd created of Donkey's dialogue initiation. The quest and script are quite simple. I just don't know how to hook it into the rest of 3.0.2. I like the idea of swapping a mask for a pair of underpants. That's a very Japanese thing that doesn't translate well to a Western audience.

 

This is Donkey's version. I don't know which version he based it on (2.4 or earlier). https://www.loverslab.com/topic/30-so-what-about-sexus/page/6/ about half way down. Donkey's version has you getting naked if hit with a melee weapon (whether male of female) which unfortunately also removes all your hotkeys.

 

On another note, I can't get the Trouble/No Trouble patches to work. They strip perp and victim, but instead of starting a sex animation they jump right to the end which I think is the push away bit. EDIT: got it working now,.

 

Also I've worked out how to re-equip the player, though I'm not sure it's desirable. It might be better to leave then unequipped. Thoughts welcome.
