wolfboy22
I KNOW for a fact NVSE is not a virus. Over 90% of PC Fallout users have it. So I need to know how to make Nortan not delete my nvse_loader.exe. Link to comment
germanicus
Here's How: Open Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiVirus. Select Options Select either Norton Internet Security or Norton Antivirus From the left pane, select Exclusions. Locate "Which disks, folders or files to exclude from risk scanning", select New. Browse to select the drive, folder, or file to exclude and click OK. Be sure to select "Include subfolders" if selecting an entire folder. Click OK and exit the program. Link to comment
KainsChylde
Another method is to right-click on the nvse fie, go to "Norton Security Suite" in the menu that opens, then "file insight". In the window that opens, on the lower right click on "Trust File". Â The downside to this method is that you have to redo it every time you update or reinstall NVSE. The upside is that the more people do it, the sooner NVSE gets added to Norton's "safe file" database and doesn't get deleted as a virus anymore. Link to comment

zippy57
A third method: Uninstall Norton and get something like MalwareBytes that doesn't nag you, require a subscription, or whitelist FBI surveillance malware. Link to comment
Guest endgameaddiction
^ Yep. Â Malewarebytes is one of the best and it's free. Link to comment
germanicus
I have it and Super Anti Spyware. So far SAS showed much more reliability then MAM. And it's free too. Link to comment
