Mister X Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Heyho, I have a question for some replacement work, no idea if it can be done. Yet you have many ARMOR replacements out there ( eg Killer Keos or CT77), but I haven't find any nice HELMET replacements. I don't know what you think, but for me it looks kinda weird to have a woman wearing nothing but a daedric bra and panties but then having this full daedric helmet o.0 My problem is, I don't want to use Invisible helmets because I actually would like to SEE if a helmet is equipped. And I also don't want something like Circlets helmets because it ADDS new helmet variants instead of replacing the textures. I know that it would be possible Reshaped Ebony helmet prooves it, but I really don't know how difficult it would be. I actally would be happy if someone just merges the effects of Reshaped Ebony Helmets and Circlets helmets so that the cicrlets replace the female helmet textures, but if someone is enthusiastic and wants to do completely new textures (that fit to some of the armors of the replacers mentioned above ^^) this would be a job helpful to whole mankind
Mister X Posted September 12, 2014 Author Posted September 12, 2014 Still, does nobody want to build some mod? I just could find hints for a mod called "Female Helmet Replacer" that replaced the helmet for females with circlets, but in Oblivion As I said, I really would be happy, if the mod just does this kind of thing, but if someone is willing to do some custom textures this would be more than awesome
kofman77 Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Maybe you want this then? Crown Helmets http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5803/?
Sarathis Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 I can't say I've ever seen anyone do serious work on helmet replacers. Most people don't want to see them at all. Personally, I use Helmet Toggle. It has a configurable key bind that allows you to toggle your helmet on and off visibility wise while always getting the stats from it. If I feel like looking at a helmet, I just hit the H key and there it is.
