Opening console disables HDT effects?

The boobs/butt seem to pop up/back/down basically to whatever position they are "supposed" to be in without HDT effects

 

Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

 

I use XPMSE 2.06 and UNPB and "HDT All In One 14.28 version (Edit 5 by Daie)" and don't have that.

I guess it has something to do with the Skeleton. I had this "problem" in the past and it never bothered me as it was pretty normal.
