blueballbob Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Trying to post some jpg files to a couple of the picture forums and getting a response that I'm not allowed to use that file type? I swear I've posted pictured before. Anyone have ideas? Did some searching, but didn't find anything useful.

What host are you using? http://postimage.org/ stopped working for a while for me when trying to upload jpeg's but it has started working again since. Have you tried opening the pictures in paint (or whatever you have) and re-saving as it could be something wrong with the original file format.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 I had the exact same problem. I use Imgbox and they are adult friendly, but here's the tricky part that I figured out about 4 days ago. When I was post images I got that red box message and was like, wtf? The images that I flagged as "safe for everyone" were the one's LL was giving me the warning. It's not so much as that, but it is depending where you are posting. I think it's coded where the website recognizes which are set adult and which aren't.for the sake of keeping it safe I guess. And the reason why I say that is because I've posted "safe for everyone" images in certain topics that are basically safe. I just tested it in the Skyrim Humor to be sure, but I deleted the image. It was merely for test purpose. edit: I'm not web designer, so I can't really back that up about how it's coded. It's my assumption. I would just flag your images as adults even if they aren't if you ever plan to post those images here. If they still don't work, then it probably has to do with your image host after all.
