Underwear for Femalebody?

I have HDT body but I wanted to add like underwear to the body itself can this be easily done?

I used the custom CBBE TBBP slider of the undergarments mod along with some trial and error to match the custom body setup I have. Its not exactly what your asking for but if nobody else has got an idea it might be worth looking at.

There are 3 types of HDT underwear in there now. The difference to the HDT Body is that there is no 3D labia and it misses the extra sliders of HDT Body. The weights are slightly better, though.
