Bleak falls barrows CTD, Halp!

So I have a couple of mods installed and I have no idea what is causing my crash, I spent 5 hours+ trying to debug and I'm finally at my wits end. I have used multiple new games with different mods to try and figure out what is going on but with out a proper crash log I cant tell much. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I haven't played Skyrim in 2 weeks I'm desperate here.

First thing I do after ruling out any mod issues .. or at least attempting to .. is do a verify cache through steam. Could be just a file screwed up in the actual game. Not mods or manager or anything else. That has happened to me before. If you have cleaned masters save them off and verify then return them back.

Didn't seem to do the trick, in the beginning I was convinced it was lootification putting female only items on males, but getting rid of that didn't seem to help.

You have to reinstall DD since the game automatically address the script to NPCs from the mod that doesn't any longer or you have to clean your save with save cleaner. Find it on Nexus.

 I used new fresh game save and a save tool after disabling mods. I found the problem, or at least the cause, enhanced lights and fx was causing me to crash but at the time it wasn't even on because enb injector was not running.

Also, you have several mods that have "identical to master" (ITM) files. These need to be cleaned with TES5edit. You can find it on the Nexus.

I have cleaned them before, didnt notice any difference last time but ill clean them just to be save

Thank you so much for the tip about disabling the ELFX to get into bleak falls burrow. There was no way I was going to disable mod by mod to see what the problem was cause I've been there done that, and out of 205 mods I have no dirty edits nor errors or conflicts. So when I read the post about the ELFX conflicting with bleak falls burrow it just seemed right!. You saved my sanity and weeks of frustration, so thank you from my sincerest gratitude.
