The funny thing is that they could have just made the chest and ass jiggle and people wouldn't have ever thought of asking them to make  EVERYTHING else move.

Not sure about the rings.  The dangling is kind of fun until you realized that those rings are about the worst things you should put on armors.  They just remind me of that joke from The Incredibles about superhero capes. 

 

The skirt however is very cool and would be pretty awesome with HDT PE.  I can do without the clipping scarf, ring dangling boots and gloves.
