start new game with previous character as template?

I finally got my character to look just the way i want but my game has gotten messed up by various mods and some quest and other things have issues. I would like to just start a new game but not have to try to replicate my character design from scratch. I have looked but cant seem to find a way to export her full design for a new game. I see some stuff about face but that's all. I wanted to get all of it, even the tattoo textures from overlays and such. I will be using all the same mods, finally got it figured out exactly what i want to run. anyone know of a way? If i could just make her a complete preset with tattoos or anything like that?

Problem is that it also unintentionally copies Papyrus data into the new save, so you end up getting the unwanted baked-in stuff into the save.

 

Also, there are gamesave cleaners which might help revive it for recovery, and the best has to be the Papyrus Data Transfer tool:

So i tried racemenu and it does get the face correct but it does not get the overlay textures for tattoos on the rest of the body. which took a while to get to look just right and one of the things i wanted to avoid having to redo, but overall its better than from scratch. Any idea if i missed something as to the body texture overlays or is there not a way to copy that? looking into the save cleaner. looks complicated but ill try that to save my old game save.

I use Mod Organizer and ECE. I can start a new profile and load a CME savewirh everything just right
