It's tiny, so I'm not going to strain my eyes. The only thing I know could be a problem is if your character is pregnant and her clothing is too tight, in which case get naked or switch to maternity clothes. If it's not that then it's not Sexout.

Don't run Rapers and BrutalRapers at the same time. Load all official DLC before loading Sexout. Not the cause of your problem, but will save you trouble in the future.

I see a lot of "bad" in that list. Rapers + BrutalRapers. Hookups and HookupsALT. Not going to try to guess at what could be causing the problem, looks like a lot of possibilities. Deactivate everything, test, and start reactivating one by one.

Hmm I don't think I actually do damage in that case unless the Dehydration/Starvation effects count.
