Lexx! I loved the show back then, and I still love it today. At least the first 4 movies, they are unbelievably dark. When they travel through dark zone, where almost every planet is either deserted or populated by a few gone-mad survivors.

Also the twist about his shadows identity at the end of the 4th movie is brilliant.
