Are you really trying to do this? Is your phone your only internet connection? If so, try tethering your phone to your PC. This should give your computer a net connection.

TES games get less multitasking-friendly every iteration, and Skyrim is now the worst. Since I have the attention span of a ferret, I would like to do all my file transactoins while Skyrim is busy loading-loading-loading-LOADING!

 

I've got windows 8 phone and system, so why shouldn't I be able to dload through my phone and transfer the files to my computer?

 

This isn't specifically a Skyrim issue, but waiting on it to load shit sure gives me time to think about the time I'm wasting.
