BodySlide and MO question

Not sure the right place to ask this...

I recently switched to MO. I had BodySlide installed in my old installation which I still have access to. I had lots of things installed into BodySlide previously. (armor, bodies, piercing sets, etc).

In my MO instal, I don't have all that stuff. :)

If I were to copy the shapedata, slidersets, presets folders (and other relevant ones) from my OLD installation to the MO installation, would that move all my previous presets and stuff over to the new installation or would it screw it up?

Thanks

I didn't use Bodyslide with MO yet, but I think, it should be the same like any other 3rd party program related to Skyrim.

So just install Bodyslide the normal way with MO, and then add the program to the list of executables that can be opened through MO and do that.

Yes, I did already added BodySlide to MO in the normal MO-friendly way.  And added it as executable. It runs fine in MO. I just don't have all of my presets and stuff. :)

My question was more along the lines of trying to bring over all the stuff I had already installed into BodySlide before I switched to MO. I still have access to the entire OLD BodySlide folder from my install BEFORE I started with MO.

Appreciate the help though :)

Well, I just jumped right in and tried it. :)

I renamed the Caliente Tools folder in the MO mod, and then copied the one from my old install into the MO mod's folder.

Works like a dream! :)

Only thing missing is some meshes because I haven't actually installed those particular armors yet. But my presets appear to have transferred over with no issues.

What you do is . . .

When you have a presets or body shapes or outfits or whatever mod for bodyslide, you install it like a mod in MO

Will warn you that there doesn't appear to be any real game data, but that's ok. Because MO builds the directory structure before starting BS, the CalientTools dir will have all the mods in it.

Further, make a profile specifically for bodyslide and you don't have to worry about the other shit. you can categorize all the mods as "bodyslide" for further organization.
