AwfulArchdemon Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 When a character has sex, where are the voices it uses located? When raped, which ones then? I've been rooting through SL, but I can't figure out which files it's using in which situations. Â I wanna alter some of them if possible. I see moans, but nothing that says "victim" or anything to make it obvious. Â Could someone give me a list of which voice files sex/rape uses and where they're at?

Type Sexlab into the "Filter" field and then select the *All item on the tree in the left pane. Â The right pane will then have all the Sexlab components listed. For each voice in the game there will be a SOUN record containing the name of the voice as used in the mod and a SNDR record which lists the actual files (including paths) used for that voice. Â Which voice is used depends on the tags for the animation and the tags for the voice. The setup of each voice and its tags is done in the sslVoiceDefaults.psc file.
AwfulArchdemon Posted June 29, 2014 Author Posted June 29, 2014 Okay, that tells me where they are, but not which ones are used for sex and which for rape. I already defuzed all those sounds in my explorations yesterday, but I can't figure out which sound files will be used during rape. I'm trying to do the same basic thing Jackbite69 did with SA (Dark Side). Â Is it determined by 'mild' and 'medium' (sex/rape)?
WaxenFigure Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Â I'm not sure the framework plays any different sounds for "aggressive" sex than it does for normal sex. The framework itself doesn't consider rape, it is merely aggressive or not.
AwfulArchdemon Posted June 29, 2014 Author Posted June 29, 2014 Can I change that? (so very doubtful) Â I really want it to be more obvious that having sex is something the PC does not want to be doing during rape. Â I assume 'aggressive' is the mild/hot sounds, or is it kinda all mashed in together (sex = rape, rape = sex as far as sounds are concerned)? Â Thanks for the replies, Waxen .
boo Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 The framework really should distinguish between cons. / non-cons and use alternate voice sets.
AwfulArchdemon Posted June 30, 2014 Author Posted June 30, 2014 Good point. I'll mention it to Ashal and see what he says.
RunicGray Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 I would check how Nusbie's Voices does it. The voices have files prefixed as hurt#, which I have only heard during aggressive animations.
AwfulArchdemon Posted July 1, 2014 Author Posted July 1, 2014 Thanks. Dl'd them, now I just gotta check them out and see what makes 'em tick.
