how do i unblock sites?

but i dont know how to unblock it i used to use hotspot shield but now we have to pay to use it so is there some proxy or vpn that can help unblock sites?

You can use VPN, or use TOR browser.

 

I have some problem with hide my ass plugins though, that's why I didn't use it anymore.
