Sunja44 Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Hehe, I actually use the size adjustments for SOS for NPCs and followers too (as a reward for lvl up or as a penalty for general dislike, god, I do hate High elves and Thalmor in any form -> size 1).

My general SOS settings are pretty sorted, size set to 100%, size probaility to 100, Orcs and Werewolves get the muscular schlong, Elves the average schlong shape, all others the regular. Only for a few NPCs (followers, most disliked and annoying NPCs), I set special sizes by the individual size slider.

Emberheart Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 I couldn't care less about the size, I think it's just at random in my game and anyone rarely whips theirs out. Usually it's a random bandit or forsworn going at a poor goods peddler, while I frantically run around trying to find and rescue them.
