Very simple really, hopefully you already have nice batch of sounds to work with or spoken words!

First things first, download Audacity or any audio editing program that is quite decent, I use Adobe Audition myself. Tweak the sounds to your liking. You should also be concerned with how loud your sounds are, try editing the volume in your audio editor to your desired levels. Absolute must, save your .WAV files at 44100Hz Mono 16-Bit Uncompressed!

 

You will need to categorize and place the sounds in order to how they sound.

Go back to your batch of sounds you’ve made and create yourself a new folders on the desktop Labeled “Hot” “Medium” “Mild” you’re doing this to sort through which sounds will go into their respected folders. The folders are based on the intensity of the voice-sounds you have in your batch.

 

Once you’ve sorted out which sounds go in which appropriate folder it’s time to open the mod up.

 

Extract the mods “Data” folder to your desktop, navigate to /Data/Sound/fx/SexLab you’ll see the available voice slots e.g. “VoiceSlot 01 (Female)” open that folder and you’ll see three folders “Hot Sounds” “Medium Sounds” “Mild Sounds”. It’s the same structure as the “Hot” “Medium” “Mild” folders we made on the desktop, you guessed it, the sounds go into those folders!

Voila, I installed the mod as it should then the voice packs but there is one thing which I do not understand is Go back to your “Hot” “Medium” “Mild” folders on your desktop with your batch of sounds. Begin renaming .each .WAV file to match the numbers for each voice slot beeping .WAV file.
What do you mean by that? rename the file by putting each then waw or only WAW or Each?

If someone can explain to me how to do it because I'm still struggling.

 

Maximum sounds allowed for each “Hot Sounds” “Medium Sounds” “Mild Sounds” folders is 15 sounds only

If you don’t have enough sounds to fill up the 15 beeping sounds delete them! You don’t want to end up hearing beeping .WAV files in-game!

Once you’re ready to have them implemented in-game you can compress the Data folder giving it a name and install it via mod manager for convenience. Or if you want do it manually it’s solely up to your discretion.

Basically:

Hot sounds are played at the peak of sex, just before orgasm "usually".

Basic moaning sounds (yes oh yes mmmm yes) would go into mild

 

pain and crying sounds (Oh god no, please stop, no no no, don't hurt me just let me go) would go into medium

I placed 1, 2 and 3 in the folders (a sound file saying "one" "two" "three") and it seems hot sounds are played from stage 1 in consensual sex too. 
in theory the number of hot sounds should increase each stage, but I did not take the test to the extent that I counted ones and twos :D

Btw: 
IIRC the aggressor in rapes only uses mild sounds, never hot. the victim is always medium.

I just think some mods treat stuff that seems to be non-consensual still as consensual (hentai creatures training just to mention one).

This voice pack fills two voice slots (VoiceSlot 02 (Female) & VoiceSlot 03 (Female)) and also replaces audio effects contained in Devious Devices (plugs/piercings edging/orgasms and gags) and Zaz Animation Pack (gag talk)
Slot 02 is progressive with sounds intensifying as they move from mild, medium and hot. Designed for consensual sex.
Slot 03 is more full on straight away and fits non-consensual or hard sex.
Nexus mod manager compatible

Ashal talked about it a little when he posted on this (i'll see if I can find the post), but mostly I already knew that from my own sound file I made the HOT files are distinctive, and my game has almost no instances of consensual sex.

 

So I guarantee it is true.

So basically if I am reading this right, everything from Slot 3 should go into Medium files folder, and slot 02 should be split between Hot and Mild depending on your tastes. ?

The original download of the extra voice pack mod had a lot of blank sound files in it, that you will not want to leave active, as they just make a beep sound.

So I just downloaded and listened to them, and tbh all of them are mild sounds. 

 

The 02 and the 03 packs are not different in any noticeable way. Except that some of the 02 packs files have a bunch of distortion... weird

 

but none of the sounds in any of the folders are different from really any of the sounds in any other folder. They all fit the category of Mild

I put the sounds in the slot and 2 and middle and in play, reset the voices but I heard nothing. When I launched an animation on one of my femini companions, I could choose slot 2, nothing at all!

Should i do this?

However just download the voice pack, install on MO2, copy the sounds and put in Sexlab Extra Voice in the right place.

Otherwise too bad, I would do with the vanilla voices of sexlabs.

I managed to make the voices work.
In fact, I copy and paste the voice pack in sexlab and extra voice. And it works

I have already patched the Papyrus Compiler, and also followed the instructions to solve the latest errors in Creation Kit found here.

Looking for horror porn music for Ojazz (yes I want to do something pretty special).
I came across this https://freesound.org/people/AmeAngelofSin/sounds/168724/.
I thought, it would be nice to add this sound to a mod like sexlab extra voice.

When the npc fucks with creatures like draugrs/skeletons/etc.
Add to that the draugr voice from Morrowind and the fear expression on the character and it could be a nice thing.
