Have a Mod idea. Request little help to get started

Hi all.

I've been messing around with an idea in my head and have been finding some inspiration around the board and picked a few peoples brain a little and formed an idea for a mod I want to try to make.

But seeing as I'm a n00b in modding Skyrim, I have  hard time getting started as most tutorials and examples around the web are extremely limited and quite frankly - too unhelpful.

So now that I'm (yet again) faced with a cleaning of my Skyrim game I'm thinking it's a good time to try and get my idea down in code.
I even have a whiteboard with the overall sketch (not automatically structure) - so planning is done.

 

 

 

Without spoiling too much of the idea in case I fall utterly on my face, it's foundation is inspired by the mSexVeronica from New Vegas although much expanded due to the many wonderful Skyrim mods that could be integrated/referenced providing me with many ideas.

 

Anyways - this is where my problems begin. (Sorry I have a tendency to blabber)
I have made some basic test mods due to following various tutorials  - but I've yet to attempt to undertake anything of this scope, referring other mods and so on.

So basically this start up process is where I'm stuck.

Basically - I'm looking for help getting started.

I know enough of the basics to see how pieces fit together, but I still feel like missing some practical information about installations and so on in connection with using the Creation Kit effectively.

 

So if anybody feels like allowing me to pick their brain a bit, via some PMs, please either drop me a message or a line here and I'll have some questions I'm sure are very simple for experienced modders but which right now for me are complete showstoppers. I'm not looking for people to do scripting or similar - it's simply how to get started, so don't worry - I'll not send you a PM asking you to give me stuff

(I might even write my steps down as a tutorial if I can get something to work - so it could possible help other newcomers as well).

 

 

(if I fall flat on my face and have to give up, i'll post the idea somewhere in case somebody better than me wants to pick it up)
