There is an option in MO to import from NMM. The real problem is that when NMM pulls stuff out of the Skyrim/data folder it leaves it a mess. As you should have noticed. This is why you should be running MO from a clean install, just to get rid of the mess that NMM leaves behind.

If you look where NMM stores it's mods there will be a folder full of compressed files. You can just move that folder somewhere else and call it whatever you like. Then you have the archived files to keep forever.

Then delete NMM. Delete everything Skyrim from your machine (including going to documents/my games/Skyrim and deleting that whole folder), reinstall Skyrim clean and fresh, clean all the master files with TES5Edit, and add SKSE to the Skryim folder (not /data/, but where TESV.exe is located). BOOM! You're done for the most part. Now you have a cleaned, fresh, perfect Skyrim copy and if you stick to using MO, not installing mods in any other way, you'll ALWAYS have a clean Skryim.

From there you start using Mod Organizer. At the top left is a button to "install from an archive". Point that at the mods in the folder you ripped out of NMM and it will install them. Simple as that. And when you download form Nexus, or anywhere else, always do the manual download so you have the archive to save for later.

These two videos will teach you how to use MO. And in the Skyrim Non Adult section is a very active thread where you can get help if you need it.

Now get to work. NUKE SKYRIM! REINSTALL FRESH! CLEAN THE MASTER FILES! USE ONLY MOD ORGANIZER!

GOOD LUCK!

That mod folder. Open it up and see if there are a bunch of compressed mods in it (.7z/.rar/.zip). If so then you found your mods! I haven't used NMM in a while so I don't remember exactly where it is, but if that folder is full of mod archives then you found it.

Now just move it somewhere safe, like in Documents or on your desktop, then delete NMM altogether. Then delete and reinstall Skyrim nice and clean (or at least delete the /data/ folder then let Steam verify and replace it). Go to /documents/my games/Skyrim and delete that entire folder (where saves and ini files are located). Clean Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm and Dragonborn.esm next (there are over 900 dirty edits in those that need cleaned with TES5Edit). If you do a full reinstall put SKSE and those sorts of things back into the root folder (if you just delete /data/ then you should still have those in the root folder).

After that you're ready to get rocking with Mod Organizer. Just click the "add mod from archive" button and install them, one at a time unfortunately. But, hey, you can't play now anyway. Right?

If you need help with anything refer to the videos I posted and/or ask question in the MO thread in Non Adult. Someone is always lurking there.

Okay I'm in the folder which folder do i need to moveattachicon.gifnex.JPG

Watch and learn some tutorials first before even start with skyrim and MO learn how to mod, then you don't have to come here with problems at all ;)

how do i install SKSE to the Skryim folder with exe insatller

You don't. Mod Organizer takes the place of your Skyrim/data folder. And SKSE doesn't go in the /data/ folder, it goes in the Skyrim root folder (where TESV.exe is located). So you still have to copy and paste the SKSE files into the Skyrim root folder. Then set SKSE as an executable file inside of MO.

That was explained in the first video I linked. ;)

save yourself the trouble of forever jumping through hoops  with more mods that just create more troubles. Keep it simple:  read The Skyrim repair manual   (search google for:  Skyrim repair Scribd).

joe you have read the whole topic before posting

Watch the tutorial videos and follow along step by step, pausing the video if you have to.

It's not difficult at all. To be honest, if that seems difficult then any means of modding your game will seem difficult. Do you know how to manually install? What the mods' file structure should look like? Because things like this are necessary knowledge if you want to use mods in Bethesda games. But the good news is that it's simple and not at all hard to learn.

There is a Mod Organizer thread in the Skyrim Non Adult forum. Post your particular issue there and someone will help.

Heck, I'd help if I could. But you haven't described what problem you're having. :P So what is the problem?

First off, since English isn't your favorite language, what's your native language?

If so, there might be someone here who could help you translate what you were trying to say.

No mods actually "use" .txt files. Those are generally just readme.txt files. Those are information for you, not for the game.

For now don't even attempt mod merges. If you can't manually install SKSE (and that's just copying and pasting into the Skryim root folder) then you're just going to break stuff trying to merge mods. There's no good reason to merge them anyway unless you're going to run more than 255 plugin files. Do you have more than 255 mods to install? If not then don't merge anything.
