could i have a list of bodies that are HDT compatible?(i'm of course talking about female bodies)

can i have nothing as big as the manga bodies? but also has HDT compatible for the TERA armors too?

Any body that has bbp can use hdt if you fallow the guide found here.

But if you want tera armors UNPB or CBBE would be the choice for you.

Also i wanted to mention that any armor or clothing that has bbp can use HDT with a simple mod called Havok object.
