Save file unusable after system restore

So earlier i had to do restore my pc to an earlier point dus to some windows issues, luckily that being yesterday.
But after already having had some major issus with Skyrim beforehand, i was glad to get the damn thing working again.
So before i restored my C-drive, i copied the few SKyrim files that ARE stored on that drive, being the document ones, saves, logs and ini files.
So after the restore, i replace those 'old' files with the fitting ones, yet now i get a CTD upon loading my progressed save from yesterday.
My old starter save loads, but not the new one.

And as i'm utterly tired of restarting from scratch after every bloody issue that pops up, i'm wondering if anyone know what might be causing this problem.

Wrye bash gives me the ok on the save, bashed patch and reproccers are all in order, everything is as it should be, but the save file made AFTER the restore point simply wont load.

Could this be a file dating issue of some kind? seeing as the old one DOES load.

The saves from Skyrim are a vexed issue.

All ESP, ESM and scripts are saved with.

Then, when loading saves something is missing, it may be that Skyrim CTD immediately.

Sometimes the following helps:

1.

Loading a working save.

Alternatively, in the main menu: Enter in the console: coc qasmoke

2.

When it loaded, then try to load the broken save.

If it works, then type in the console: clearinvalidregistrations 1

That should at least remove the old scripts.

Edit: Also this can help
