a TESS edit ?

You can't undelete a deleted navmesh. You'd have to use the Creation Kit to fix it. That's something for the mod author to do. If they don't do it then don't use the mod or you'll have issues.

Leave you alone? Come on, man, I AM trying to help you. I'm trying to help by getting you to quit wasting time and just doing what needs done. And that's forgetting a broken mod and reinstalling your broken game. This way, in just a couple hours, you'd be up and running again with a smooth, stable, crash-free game that you can enjoy.

Nobody could help any more than that. Right now you're like a guy who wrapped his car around a tree and is still insisting on driving it and saying it's OK.

Gvman tells you the right and only procedure. If your choice is to not follow his advice, so be it. But be more polite and respectful.

I didn't saw this before my first answer here : http://www.loverslab.com/topic/30975-how-to-fix-repairing-navmesh-deletions-that-boss-finds-and-help-my-ctd-toubles/

No way i will help you with this attitude of yours. You have one choice before you : start your Steam, delete local content for your Skyrim, clean the /steamapps/comon/skyrim and the /my documents/my games/skyrim too. Then, and only after doing this, you may reinstall Skyrim again.
