Invisible Eyes; Messed Up Hair; Missing Meshes?

Okay, so for some bizzare reason my skyrim fucks up over night. Literally. I was playing just fine yesterday, questing and all that, but I log in today and for some reason things aren't what they're supposed to be.

What I mean is this:

Once moving outside from my nice and cozy safespot I noticed a few things. Mainly the eyes of every character were missing. Some loading screens were missing parts of it, like the Graybeard's hair, beard and clothes. A Khajit's armor and even the stead stone's iron rings. Lydia's hair is also for some reason  clipping.

Note: Every safe file is like this. Fine inside doors, fucked up outside.

Try to repair your kyrim and/or reinstall your mods. There is obviously something missing (meshs maybe).

Apparently having an ENB was causing my problems. I don't know why, so if anyone is having the same issue as I was simply remove your ENB files (ALL OF THEM) and use 
I Can't Believe It's Not An Enb found on NexusMods.
