You could also try SexLab Util1 http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/236-sexlabutil1/ It has a soul devour option that can allow you to absorb some hp/stam/mag/skill/spell And is very configurable, also I have had no problems using it with any sexlab version.

Sexlab submit dialogue options increase speech skill (which makes sense as your persuading someone to go to bed with you) but other than the speech skill i can't think of any skills that would be increased by sex to be honest
